Just wanted to say a big thank you to Shamayla at Energy Prices Direct for being so helpful and efficient in sorting out a great electricity deal for me. She made the whole process super easy and stress-free.

This review is for Rose Williams, who has been extremely efficient, kind, and helpful from the start. We are very impressed with her knowledge in this field and the way she has handled explaining and obtaining brilliant energy savings for us as a business.

Her communication has been fast and superb; she has responded to any and all questions we've had and her effort shows in her work.

Thanks very much, Rose! We are very happy customers

Kevin Armstrong dealt with my issues and was a genuine professional person right through and if i had any issues it was dealt with.

Kevin Armstrong has been most helpful in securing excellent rates for all our utilities for which we are most grateful.

I have dropped my review score from 5 to 3 the reason being . I dealt with Lucas Chettri and got a good deal on my contract how ever since then every day I am getting calls from his fellow workers and it is getting on my nerves.

Despite complex arrangements and some misunderstanding on route, Maureen stuck to her guns and argued and delivered in my best interest.

Very good service, understanding what I need to know. Patience and very polite. Thank you Henry davies
Certainly a good deal for our charity

Took all the worry out of getting the write price for a very small Charity with complex utility needs. STEVE is very thorough and prompt, always a good guide when completing contracts and patient.

I recently spoke to Sam Patel regarding our charity office energy bills. He was very knowledgeable and was able to give us a good deal on our electric and gas. He was easy to deal with and helpful with the computer elements and explained clearly the new deal

Sam Patel was excellent throughout. He was able to understand a complicated situation with previous suppliers. He knows the market and guided me through the process very clearly. He was committed to saving us money and was able to share our previous usage. Overall he took care of emails and throughout was calm, professional and extremely thorough. I couldn’t recommend him too highly.
