Energy Prices Direct Limited Omdömen

Good advice extremely fair prices and friendly interaction

We would like to thank Kevin Armstrong for his patience and understanding when he was helping us with our accounts. He was very professional and always checking that we were on the right track. He sourced the new companies that could give us better rates and made sure we were happy. He checked all paperwork and made sure it had all been processed. And he is still helping with any questions. Thank you Kevin for all your help.

I would like to thank Rose Williams for all her help with 3 business accounts. Rose helped me with ongoing issues that I could not make progress direct with the energy suppliers and also helped me get fantastic rates for all businesses

Kevin Armstrong has given me superb support during our contract review particularly over the past 48 hours while I challenged his offer against several other prices that I obtained from other suppliers.

After his price came in behind another (well known) supplier, Kevin went one step further and gave me the best price I could find. We're a small charity with limited funds and he's just saved us over 30% against our previous Fixed Price deal.

In a difficult market, I reoommend Energy Prices Direct based on my experience with Kevin.

Steve and Dev have been very helpful in sorting out the best energy deals for us. They deal with any issues and we are very happy to leave it all to them. Always polite and efficient.

Good prices offered by Sam Patel

Sam Patel was extremely helpful during our energy contract renewal. He compared multiple suppliers, carefully reviewed different tariffs, and secured the cheapest and best option for me. When I asked about other suppliers’ competitive prices, he took the time to explain the price ranges clearly and helped me understand which option was the best for my needs. The whole process was easy, smooth, and very convenient.

Sam has excellent energy knowledge and clearly puts a lot of effort into helping me save money. He also audits bills thoroughly and shares clear annual reports on energy usage, which are very helpful for understanding and managing costs.

Sam’s behaviour throughout the process was professional, friendly, and supportive, making the contract sign-up completely stress-free.

Ranish has persevered over the last two years in finding first a gas deal that was attactive to me and more recently an electricity deal that does away with standing charges. He is always courteous and patient and has taken the effort out of trying to track the best deals.

I have been dealing with Sam Patel of energypricesdirect since 2019 as my main Electricity

comparing the prices with the other suppliers . I am really happy to have him as my energy consultant.

I had an amazing experience working with Steve. His energy knowledge is truly impressive—he explained everything in detail and made sure I understood how the process works. The efforts he put in to save me money were outstanding; I could see he genuinely cared about getting me the best deal.

Steve also handled bill auditing thoroughly, ensuring accuracy and transparency. I really appreciated the annual energy usage reports he shared, which helped me track and manage my consumption better.

During the contract sign-up, his behavior was professional, friendly, and patient, answering all my questions without rushing.

Finally, Steve clearly explained the benefits of the tariff he secured for me, which gave me confidence that I was making the right choice. I highly recommend Steve for anyone looking for reliable, knowledgeable, and customer-focused service!

I've had great advice from Sam Patel over many years when renewing electricity supply contracts for our Community Hall. He has all our details to hand and has been able achieve great savings on our electric, even getting us a zero rate standing charge contract still with competitive rates.

Steve was very helpful and knowledgeable. I also found him courteous and patient in helping me understand all options.

Ronnie was very polite and helpful with the review of our energy prices. He was quick to get back to me and got us a really good deal. Would recommend.

Shabaz Safdar at EPD Ltd worked tirelessly to get the best gas deal for our charity.

He was patient and polite and came back with competitive rates when I went back with other offers we had received.

Would highly recommend

I was contacted by Yanshi who explained how she was able to get better prices for energy supplies for charities. She was extremely helpful, informative, clear and very friendly. When the initial offer she found her problems, she went the extra mile and found further suppliers and forwarded me the paperwork paperwork for the most competitive. Our charity has potentially cut its electricity bill by almost 2/3. I could not recommend the service provided more highly.

I've always found organizing electricity contracts for our village hall a nightmare and was very pleased to receive such good advice from Energy Prices Direct.
Rahul Bhati contacted me and was very personable from the outset and explained clearly what our options were. He investigated the market and found the most suitable deal for our hall and then did all the hard work in changing suppliers for us. It all went very smoothly thanks to Rahul and feel assured that we are in good hands when the time comes to set up another contract. I would certainly recommend Energy Prices Direct who clearly have the understanding to navigate a complicated (for me at least!) market.

The contracts for gas and electricity supply with Energy Prices Direct are disputed and rejected. They were obtained through coercive and high-pressure cold-calling, which forced a premature renewal upon our Committee Members without proper opportunity for review or informed consent. This clear case of duress renders the contracts invalid. We require immediate confirmation of cancellation for both supplies. Your consistent failure to respond to our emails is being documented as part of our formal complaint.

Kevin Armstrong is the best to sort gas and electric he gets the best deals and very good at his job, Would not go anywhere else.
