Energy Prices Direct Limited Omdömen

Anshul is very helpful and explains the tariffs available.

Positive energy were a good company and Sebi helped to manage the account well

I've used Energy Prices Direct for 2 years now the customer service is excellent, Sebi who first took my call was very quick in providing information and John who negotiated the deals on our behalf was very efficient providing competitive rates and dealing with the tedious bureaucracy of signing new energy contracts. Highly recommended.

Veronica is a very polite and friendly customer service provider she listens carefully and answered my question clearly, the same can be said of her colleague Anthony Atkinson who completed the contract details in a professional manner.
Having been in business over 25 years this was the most efficient energy contract renewal yet.

Rose has been excellent in customer service. Guiding us in more helpful ways and organised to have energy supplies to our properties. Thank you so much Rose 👍🙏

I just want to thank both Lily who set me up with the account. And John, who has continued to give me ongoing support with such efficiency.
I will continue to refer people to you.
I am deeply grateful thank you again.

We are a community hall and as such are independent from the local council run halls being committee run and a registered charity . We started using Energy Prices Direct in mid 2023 when the energy prices were running riot and were signed up with Pozitive Energy . This tied us to rather high prices for 3 years . We then experienced a problem in that a person contacted us purporting to be our old contact saying he had moved to another company . He persuaded us to sign up to a rival supplier but he was not who he said he was ! This caused a lot of worry and angst which has finally been sorted ( I hope ! ) by Energy Prices Direct with the great help of Ranish one of their Energy Procurement Managers. He has been most helpful in sorting things out and we have extended our contract with our current supplier at a much more favourable price which should cut the running cost of the hall by several thousand pounds . Thank you to Ranish and Energy Prices Direct.

company is straight forward got my stuff done straight away everything was explained from start to finish

We have had an excellent experience with Energy Prices Direct, particularly with Ronak, whose extensive knowledge of the energy market and commitment to securing the best deals have helped us achieve significant savings.

Ronak continuously monitors our energy usage and reviews the most suitable tariffs available, ensuring that we are always on the best product and deal for our specific requirements. He has secured exceptional energy rates for our cash and carry warehouse, buy-to-let property, and our own home.

I have also recommended Ronak to a friend, and he successfully helped them save over £1,000 in a single year.

His technical expertise, up-to-date market knowledge, professionalism, politeness, and respectful approach are truly outstanding. It is clear that he goes above and beyond for his clients.

Thank you, Ronak, for all your hard work and dedication.

I have received help dealing with both gas and electric suppliers by this company and they have achieved considerable savings for us. Sam Patel and Steve Smith are knowledgeable and extremely courteous in all of our dealings as well as being efficient.

Lucas Chettri has been my colleagues contact for some time. Being a Parish Church we need to ensure that we spend our funds carefully and Lucas had continued to assist us with this task. This not always bring blear cut did tobthd need for PPC approval at each stage. We hope to see continued savings from placing our remaining accounts efficiently via him.

Syrah Khan was excellent. She got us great quotes, gave good advice and all communication was really clear

Steve is very knowledgeable, he listens to the requirements. Good communicator. He found very good deals, with very competitive prices for my previous company I worked for (Local Authority) and current one.
Steve resolved the issues of late invoicing we had with Scottish Power. Bills were issued with no delay and transition to new provider was smooth. I would recommend the Company with no hesitation.

I had a great experience getting my energy contracts sorted. The whole process was straightforward, efficient, and clearly explained from start to finish.

A special thank you to John and Leo, who were both incredibly helpful throughout. They were always available to answer questions, provide updates, and make sure everything was handled smoothly. Their professionalism, knowledge, and friendly approach made the process stress-free.

I would highly recommend their service to anyone looking for assistance with their energy contracts. Excellent customer service and support from start to finish!

Thank you Rose. She has been very efficient, proactive and knowledgeable every time I have had to discuss with her about our charity’s utilities contracts. She has been continuously helpful and keeping us up to date about contract end dates and upcoming renewals and I am very pleased with the how she has been managing the charity utility accounts from past few years. She is also very quick to respond when I have had questions. I would definitely recommend Rose of Energy Prices Direct for any utility contracts.

I have worked with Syrah Khan at Energy Prices Direct for several years, and her integrity and professionalism are genuinely second to none. She knows the energy market inside out and has saved us a significant amount of money over the years.

Before working with Syrah, I tried other providers, but they were often pushy, lacked real depth of knowledge, and quickly became a nuisance. Syrah is the complete opposite. She is proactive without ever being intrusive, reminding me when contracts are due and taking the time to check my previous bills so she can understand my actual energy consumption.

She then provides a clear set of quotes that are genuinely relevant to my needs. After a thorough and easy‑to‑understand explanation of the benefits of each option, she helps me choose the right package and seamlessly manages the switch to the best deal.

In today’s world, it’s increasingly rare to find someone who combines real expertise with a genuinely caring attitude towards their customers, but Syrah has both. Her IT skills are excellent as well, which makes the whole process smooth and efficient.

Energy Prices Direct is an excellent company, and I would not hesitate to recommend them; especially Syrah, who is an outstanding representative of the business.
