Great Customer Service - helped right away
They have great prices and great customer service. There was a slight defect on one of the lamps I ordered and they sent out the replacement piece straight away.
Will def buy lights from them again.

A happy returning customer
We already had one of their lights which had been trouble free since we installed it a couple of years ago, so had no hesitation in adding more of the same design plus a couple of double down spots which we had professionally fitted on the front of our property. They are great value, well made and very smart. Our property has had several remarks since they were installed on how smart it now looks.

Great customer service
I recently purchased three led panel lights and was impressed with both the price and fast delivery. After a few days one of the lights developed a slight flicker and I contacted the company. I received a fast response and they posted a replacement part the same day. Great price and great service, many thanks.

Excellent Customer Service
Brass Pendant Lamp ordered 2/1/25, delivered on 4/1/25, not installed until 15 January when electrician was available. Noticed on Friday 17th that there was a flaw on the shade beneath the gloss coating, contacted Energy Light Bulbs who immediately arranged for a new shade to be despatched. New shade arrived Monday 20th.
Can't fault this for delivery and customer service, very impressed.
