Overall impression was firstly the amazing punctuality of all the personnel associated with the installation and the after sale service. Secondly, the professionalism and courtesy was exemplary all through. Finally, the waiting time for installation was surprisingly short
In hindsight I did not expect so many different people, engineers etc calling to review and inspect the work. Though probably informed through the sales person it is difficult to absorb all these details at onesitting. Perhaps a written list of all the personnel associated with the after installation service would have prepared me better. Fortunately I was always available for the proposed visit dates and times but the 'red tape' involved was almost overwhelming. Also there was a brief delay in obtaining the DOW for the BER assessor but it was soon sorted and I hope to obtain the State Grant shortly. I am still unsure (probably forgotten) about the process by which I obtain money from the excess power being sent to the National Grid. This is perhaps something (in writing) to add to the initial sales consultation. This is something that I will need to look into in due course.
However I have no hesitation in giving the Energy Centre top marks in the major factors, reliability, punctuality, courtesy and professionalism.

All was well. But we did not receive the names of BER assessors as promised.

The work was neat and tidy. The initial sales visit was very helpful. The system appears to be working well

The entire experience was faultless from start finish. All the staff were very professional and polite.

The overall experience with this company was that they were all very professional and friendly, from the consultant who visited my home to present how it works, answer my questions and price up, to the installers on the day. I experienced no problems at all through the whole installation process and have had the panels working now for about 6 weeks with no issues.

My only feedback would be around the mobile app provided to monitor the system - I find it a little confusing in places and could do with a detailed 'dummy's guide' to what it all means.

Everyone that came to house re solar panels were helpful in every way and did their work with pride nd always involved me in the jobs they were doing explaining any questions I asked ,well mannered and keept place very tidy .

The work on site was very competent and the system has been working great.

Install was faultless, efficient & clean. After 1 week, a fault showed up on the app for the transformer.
I called looking for support. They took name & details, never called me back. The system is working fine but I would have relaxed if I got a call back.

On the installation day the crew where very punctual. They got straight to work. Everything was explained to me. There was no fuss, very tidy and took all leftover materials and rubbish away. Up and running by lunchtime, all documentation signed. The lads were great. Would highly recommend this firm from start to finish the process was effortless

Our journey with energy centre was brilliant, from the first visit from sales right through to installation and inspection. A great bunch of lads, likewise with the office staff we dealt with they were also very helpful.

Super company to deal with from start to finish. Initial consulatation was a breeze, installers were efficient and tidy, follow up for all required documentation was excellent along with support for the SEAI grant.

I am happy with my solar panels although there was a delay initially about their placing. I would have liked more information at the outset about how to disconnect them if required. The guys who carried out the works were friendly and efficient and called back promptly when I had an issue. I find the app poor as you have to log in every time to access your data. I have drawn the company’s attention to this.
