Enchanted Furnishings Omdömen

I was nervous ordering an expensive item from Facebook and read all of the reviews and can assure you they are all true. Heidi could not have been more helpful - she patiently answered all of my questions and her customer service was exceptional. The deliver was prompt and the driver who delivers nothing was too much trouble and helped me get it round to the back of the house.

The furniture itself is beautiful, slightly more complicated to put together than the instructions suggest but well worth it. The cushions are extra thick compared to others on the market which makes a difference and the whole set looks and feels a lot more expensive than it was!

We came across Enchanted Furnishings through a Facebook advert and as a sceptic reached out to ask to view before we purchased.
Heidi was exceptionally efficient in responding and arranged a viewing with one her family members on a Sunday who have the furniture set we liked.
Quality was excellent and we bought on the spot. The furniture was delivered within 4 days and was easy to assemble.
The quality and comfort is excellent.

Great customer service from Heidi. Very quick delivery. Thanks very much.

Absolutely amazing customer service from Heidi from start to finish. Really pleased with the purchase and would definitely recommend this small family company!

First class experience from start to end. 10/10 from initiation to delivery. I ordered on a Thursday and it arrived, with a smile, 3 days later. I’d been researching garden sets for a while as we had wedding gift money to spend. I found this great company through Instagram (the power of social media) and I’m so glad I invested our money into this small, wonderful business. We chose the aluminum garden set and we are extremely happy with it. The quality is second to none. The cushions are super plumped and the frames are solid. Even the cover it great. It was so easy to put together, quite possibly one of the easiest sets of furniture we’ve ever built. Usually when a build time is given, you need to triple it, but sure enough the 30 mins stated on the instructions were spot on. We will recommend this company to anyone. Seamless service and great customer care. If you’re thinking about buying from this small business, stop deliberating and go for it. You won’t regret it.

From start to finish this purchase was first class.
The communication was spot on. So happy with the garden furniture we bought. Value for money Just what we we after. Would have no hesitation in recommending Enchanted Furnishings. Also the couriers were lovely too! 5 stars for both!

After being scammed on FB before was very dubious about ordering furniture. What I learnt is no company the same. From start to finish and follow up enchanted furnishings have been brilliant. Prompt service always kept up to date and furniture lovely. I live in North East of England and was no trouble at all for them. Brilliant company and lovey furniture. Thanks enchanted furnishings

We had an amazing experience with our purchase of the rising table and furniture. The service from enchanted furnishings was absolutely top notch and I would recommend them over any others by far!! Fast and efficient... thanks again Enchanted furnishings for everything! Ronnie and Nicole Brown

Looks good quality, easy to assemble, but takes some time. So far im happy about my new garden furniture!

Furniture set is fantastic, love the colour, quality looks good and was easy to build.

Furniture arrived 2 weeks after ordering, the only suggestion would be updates on delivery would really be useful. I received order confirmation email and then nothing more. When I did email I received an instant response so cannot fault customer service however delivery company did not message for another week to communicate about delivery. (Jubilee weekend also happend).

Delivery company gave a delivery window and arrived within, Furniture was well packaged and delivery guy was very nice.

Roll on the sunny weather. Thanks! :-)
