I would like to sincerely thank Dr. Emre Ozenalp and the entire Estart Health Group team for their professionalism, care and support throughout my whole journey.

After 10 years my implants had ruptured and silicone had leaked, which was a situation that made me very worried and emotional. Dr. Emre Ozenalp did an incredible job. He carefully cleaned everything and managed to place the new implants while leaving only a very small scar. He explained honestly what was possible in my case and made me feel comfortable and confident from the beginning. I felt that I was in experienced and safe hands.

I am very happy and satisfied with the result of my breasts and with my decision to choose him. The result looks beautiful and natural, and I truly appreciate the work he did for me.

The hospital itself is not very new or modern, however I have to say that it was very clean, and cleanliness was extremely important to me.

I also want to give a special thank you to the Estart Health Group team. They are very kind, caring and professional people. They followed me step by step before and after surgery, explained everything clearly and were always there to support me. They provided everything including medications, the surgical bra, implant warranty cards, implant boxes, documentation and even insurance coverage for my procedure, which gave me additional peace of mind.

Something that meant a lot to me was that they continued to care about me after surgery. They checked on how I was feeling in the following days and are still following me during my post-operative recovery. I believe this is one of the most important things because real care does not end in the operating room. Feeling supported during recovery makes a huge difference.

The nursing staff after surgery were also very kind and caring. They treated me well and did their best to help me during recovery. I would personally recommend coming with a companion if possible, because after surgery having someone close to help and support you can make the experience easier and more comfortable.

Overall, I felt cared for, respected and supported throughout the entire experience. Thank you Dr. Emre Ozenalp and thank you Estart Health Group for your kindness, professionalism and dedication. I am truly happy that I chose you and I wish you continued success because you deserve it.

Dr. Emre Özenalp, his clinic, and his team — wow, where do I even begin? When I was researching, I saw countless positive reviews and thought, “There’s no way anyone can be this good.” But now, two weeks post-op, I can confidently say that even the best reviews don’t capture how exceptional he and his team truly are.

From the very first time I got in touch with Nahed, I knew I was in caring hands. She’s such a lovely and wonderful soul — always attentive, kind, and incredibly patient. Despite being busy with so many patients, she always replied in less than 24 hours, and even if she was delayed, she would apologise and still make sure everything was handled perfectly. She coordinated every step and truly went above and beyond to help me.

I had online consultations with Dr. Emre, where he examined my body and really took the time to understand what I wanted and confirm whether it matched what I actually needed. This man is far from money-hungry — he genuinely cares. He doesn’t push unnecessary procedures; he focuses on what’s safe and what will give you the best, most natural result. After two consultations, he agreed to perform my breast lift and Lipo 360 with J-Plasma skin tightening.

Because I have a long-term medical condition, my case was more complicated than most. Dr. Emre knew this would require extra planning and care, but he never once made me feel like a burden. He went away, did his research, and came back with reassurance that was beyond anything I could’ve expected. When one hospital refused to accommodate me due to my medical background, he did not take no for an answer. He personally arranged for another hospital he trusted and even brought in an additional consultant to oversee my surgery as a precaution. He didn’t have to go that far, but he did — and I was left completely humbled by that level of care and dedication.

My surgery went perfectly. I’ll never forget one moment that still makes me smile — I had a nipple piercing, and I really didn’t want it to close after taking it out for surgery. I remember telling him how much I didn’t want to lose it, and he promised me that he would put it back and make sure everything was symmetrical. And he did exactly that. I was genuinely shocked — in the best possible way. He noticed something so small that meant a lot to me and made sure to honour that. That’s how much he pays attention.

His personal nurse and team came to see me every single day while I was in the hospital, checking me thoroughly and ensuring I was comfortable. And Dr. Emre? He even came in on his day off. That kind of commitment is so rare — he truly treated me like family, not just another patient.

I was provided with such high-quality foams, ab boards, and back boards — literally everything you could need for recovery. I didn’t need to bring anything extra. The hotel I stayed in was modern, clean, and comfortable, perfectly located near a metro station, supermarkets, cafés, and restaurants — so convenient and easy to manage while recovering.

I also opted for the lymphatic massage add-on, which was at such a reasonable price considering the service. And let me just say — the nurse who looked after me was an absolute angel. She came to the hotel every day, gave me a gentle massage, cleaned my incisions, helped me shower, dried me off, and even helped me get back into my faja. Her compassion, patience, and kindness made me feel so safe and cared for.

The humanity, gentleness, and dedication shown by Dr. Emre, Nahed, İskender, and his wonderful nurse (her name starts with a “B” — I wish I could remember how to spell it!) left such a deep impression on me. You can tell this is more than just a job to them — they truly care about their patients, their wellbeing, and their experience from start to finish.

Now, two weeks later, I look and feel amazing. My incisions are neat and thin, my results are already taking shape beautifully, and — unbelievably — I still have full nipple sensation from day one. My breast has such a lovely perky and natural shape. It’s a true reflection of how skilled and precise Dr. Emre is. The man is an artist — his technique, his results, and his aftercare are just phenomenal.

And what really stands out is the aftercare. I can still contact Nahed and Dr. Emre anytime. They don’t just vanish once the surgery is done — they stay in touch, check up on you, and make sure your healing is on track. That level of care is rare, and it’s one of the many reasons I’d recommend them without hesitation.

I had my plastic surgery with Dr. Emre Ozenalp in Turkey on October 2nd, 2025, and my experience has been excellent from start to finish. I can’t recommend Dr Emre and his team enough. From the initial contact, to the consultation, to the surgery, treatment and aftercare, they have been amazing, all of them. My main concern with having surgery abroad was the level of aftercare I would receive. I read so many stories from other clinics where people were not happy with their aftercare, but mine has been brilliant. The team are very caring, considerate and genuinely care about your health and progress. I am now 4 weeks post op and Dr Emre is still in contact with me, checking up regularly. My results are already amazing and I can’t wait to see what the future weeks bring.
