Im now 7 weeks post op from a breast lift & augmentation. I cannot thank Dr Ersin and the staff enough for my experience from start to finish I was made to feel comfortable and relaxed.

The whole experience was pleasant, the nurses after my operation who came to the hotel were just beautiful people. They made my recovery so much better, I hope they get enough credit and recognition for this.

My assistant Eylül was amazing, so friendly spoke great English and communicated with me every step of the way.

I asked Dr. Ersin to stay the same size as I was or go one bra size up and he delivered. I have stayed the same size and I am so pleased with the results from the lift.

The aftercare has been brilliant, any questions I have asked have been answered promptly and with great care. I had a some small minor delayed healing on my T junction scars and after following the advice from the aftercare team these have now fully healed.
Thank you so much Dr. Ersin & team, I now have the confidence back that I had pre kids. I can soon wear clothes I wouldn’t dream of wearing before my operation

If I can say one thing to anyone it would be that I would definitely recommend taking a companion as I would’ve been lost without mine for the first couple of days.

Travelling to another country for major surgery was honestly one of the most nerve-wracking decisions I have ever made. I arrived in Istanbul feeling very nervous and unsure of what to expect, but from the very first moment the entire team made the experience feel smooth, organised and reassuring. They truly helped turn something that initially felt overwhelming into a positive and supportive journey.

From the airport pick-up to arriving at the hospital, every step was clearly organised and communicated. I was welcomed by Cleo when I arrived, who was incredibly kind and patient. She sat with me and took the time to answer all of my questions and concerns in detail, which helped me feel much calmer and more confident about the process ahead.

My coordinator Safak was absolutely wonderful throughout the entire experience. He always kept me informed, checked in regularly and responded quickly whenever I had questions. Travelling alone to another country for surgery can feel intimidating, but knowing that Safak was always there to help made a huge difference and gave me real peace of mind.

I would also like to give a very special thank you to Dr. Ersin. He is an exceptional surgeon and an incredibly kind and patient person. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable and safe every step of the way. His calm and supportive approach made me feel that I was truly in the best hands possible. I am very happy with my results and extremely grateful for his care and professionalism.

The hospital itself was very good and the nurses were always attentive, kind and ready to help whenever I needed anything. After leaving the hospital, the care continued at the hotel where the nurses visited several times each day to check on my recovery, help with dressings and make sure I was comfortable. Their support and kindness made recovering away from home much easier.

I would also like to thank the aftercare team who continued to stay in touch and provide support during recovery. Knowing that there was still a team checking in and making sure everything was healing properly gave me a lot of reassurance.

A special thank you to Dr. Ersin, Safak, Cleo, Jannet, nurse Aleyna, nurse Pakize, nurse Berre and everyone else involved in my care. Every single person I encountered was friendly, supportive and genuinely caring. It truly felt like everyone wanted the best possible outcome for me.

I am incredibly grateful for the care, attention and support I received from the entire team. For anyone who may feel nervous about travelling abroad for surgery, my experience was very positive and reassuring. I felt supported from the moment I arrived until the end of my recovery process.

Dr. Ersin was fantastic, listening, understanding and had a sense of humor. Even before I booked my surgery, I had an online consultation with him. I loved his work. I booked the surgery and went to Istanbul. EVERYTHING was just so great. Everyone was incredibly nice - the nurses, the assistants and Sheyma ❤️ One of the assistants offered to sleep on the couch in my room so I could feel more safe because i was a bit dizzy after surgery. She was so sweet.
At the hotel, the nurses came often, i felt safe. Sheyma was always available on the phone. There was clearly good cooperation between all of them. It was very organized, and everyone knew what they were each responsible for. The day I arrived home, I received a message from the Aftercare team, and several videos and detailed information about my progress. The aftercare team is always available - it gives you peace of mind. I can definitely recommend Dr. Ersin and his entire team. I have had many surgeries with different surgeons - but never before have I seen a team so organized. I will definitely choose Dr. Ersin again for another surgery.

Even it is almost 3 weeks post surgery, i already love my results 🤗

El día 2 de febrero de 2026, viajé a Turquía (Estambul) para hacerme una Liposucción 360º con J Plasma con el doctor Ersin Gonullo. Un par de meses antes contacté primero con la Clínica WISE en Turquía y estuve hablando desde ese día en todo momento con Safak el asesor que me ayudó y contestó mis preguntas en todo momento y de forma muy educada y amable.

Al llegar a Turquía, me recogió un coche muy bonito (privado, fui con mi tía) y nos llevó inmediatamente al Hospital para hacerme todas las pruebas médicas, llegando al Hospital había un chico con una cámara (muy profesional, además el chico era un encanto, y también estaba Ozan, quien me acompañó en todo momento en mi aventura en el Hospital y hablaba perfecto español), me empezaron a grabar entonces desde ese momento todo el procedimiento para mi cirugía (yo lo autoricé). Al terminar todas las pruebas médicas, me dejaron en el Hotel (por cierto muy bonito y el personal muy amable) y descansé hasta el día siguiente que fue mi operación. Me fue a recoger Ozan a las 6am al Hotel y fuimos al Hospital, ahí otra vez estaba el chico con la cámara, grabando y tomándome fotos, me vistieron con bata, realicé el pago, y vino el doctor Ersin, que es un señor que tiene mucha clase, y me marcó y explico cómo sería el procedimiento, no hacía falta que yo hablara, porque el doctor sabía perfectamente lo que tenía que hacer en mi cuerpo, me tranquilizó mucho, y me dijo que hiciera todas las preguntas que quería, y me comentó que sobre el medio día irían a por mi para operarme. Sobre las 12 horas fueron a mi habitación y me llevaron para la operación, creo que duró 3 horas aproximadamente, cuando desperté tenía mucho frio (escalofríos) y me llevaron a mi habitación, ahí estaba mi tía quien me calentó el cuerpo, posteriormente las enfermeras del Hospital estuvieron muy atentas conmigo, al día siguiente, me pusieron de pie, y empecé a bailar, porque sinceramente no tenía dolor, y las enfermeras estaban muy felices de mi recuperación, me enviaron al Hotel sobre las 15 horas.

En el Hotel en todo momento, me visitaban dos enfermeras: Aleyna y Pakize (son unas mujeres encantadoras, que aunque no hablaban español, hicieron la comunicación muy fácil entre nosotras con la traducción de Google con el móvil, así que no hubo ningún problema en hablar), sólo puedo decir palabras bonitas de ellas, son muy dulces y tienen mucha paciencia, siempre con una sonrisa iban a verme en la habitación para darme medicamentos, medirme la presión, me preguntaban por whatssap si necesitaba algo, etc.

Como yo me encontré bien de salud, al día siguiente de operarme, iba a pasear mucho (porque hay un centro comercial muy grande y bonito cerca al Hotel), iba a cenar a restaurantes, incluso fui al Gran Bazar, entonces cuando iban las enfermeras por la noche, no me encontraban :) pero hacían un enfuerzo por regresar y ver si me encontraba bien.

Un día antes de regresar a Madrid, fue a visitarme Safak (con quien me comuniqué por primera vez por la clínica WISE, lo agradecí mucho, porque me pareció un gesto muy bonito que vaya a conocerme, a preguntarme qué tal fue todo, y a darme un abrazo fuerte, le pregunté en dos ocasiones si iba a quedar como una barbie y me confirmó que si :)). El día 7 de febrero regresé a Madrid, me recogió el coche privado y me llevó al aeropuerto, gracias Ahmet (chofer) por hacer un transporte seguro para mí y mi tía.

He de decir que hoy se cumplen 2 semanas de mi operación, ayer regresé a trabajar en la oficina y me encuentro muy bien, me hago masajes linfáticos 3 veces por semana, aunque con 1 o 2 estaría bien. Cuando regresé de Turquía pesaba 66 kilos, hoy 17 de febrero peso 62 kilos, y aún me queda mucho por bajar, por decir un dato, antes de la operación mi cintura medía 68cm y hoy son 64cm y aún estoy inflamada, así que seguro reduciré mucho más.

I saved for six month for a lipo surgery and took my only vacation from work to do the procedure, when i arrived everything seemed fine, until i had to meet ersin, he was sitting on the bed and asking me to undress and stand in front of him, then he began talking in turkish and laughing loudly with the translators who were also laughing loudly while looking at my body, it was soo unprofessionale, rude and disrespectful. for 10 minutes he was only speaking turkish with the translators and they did not translate which proved they were speaking bad about me. when i asked questions he got mad at me and said some really rude things, and cancelled my surgery. before he cancelled they were taking pictures of me, aloooooot of pictures muuuch more then necessary, which was very uncomfortable. He made me buy a flight ticket and paid deposit and used my vacation period for nothing, and on top of it i felt i was in a room with bullyies. I will never forgive him for that.

I would recommend Dr Ersin and his wonderful team to everybody! The care i have received pre op and post op has been wonderful. I am so happy with my results. My medical coordinator Hasna has been fantastic from our very first conversation and kept me informed and calm, she is absolutely amazing :) All of the medical assistants have been attentive and nothing is too much trouble. Iv'e felt safe and cared for at all times. The hospital and recovery hotel are lovely and so clean and the nursers are so kind and caring 😊

I can’t recommend Dr. Ersin and his professional team enough. From the moment I landed at Istanbul Airport, the team took great care of me. I was traveling alone, so naturally I felt a bit nervous, but the staff were incredibly friendly and professional. They made sure I was in good hands every step of the way.

As for the surgery, it was excellent. I’m still in the healing process, but the results are already incredible.

Recently had surgery with Dr Ersin, the whole experience was 10/10 from before i arrived in the country to all the staff who looked after me - Lina the most amazing and patient coordinator, fatima my daily nurse and of course my surgeon who was so listened to all of my concerns and set realistic expectations on how they would be fixed. i woke up stunned at my amazing results, i keep looking in the mirror in awe. would highly recommend booking with clinic wise. your hotel, all transfers and everything is included in the price. they also give you two fahas, medication and dressings so you can continue to manage your results at home
