Réal a good experience

I saw an ad on facebook for the coasters in shape of a tree. I typed website into a search to make sure it was a real company. Upon reaching your website, it was not as easy as I expected to find the product until I searched specifically for that item in the search bar. After finding the product, the ordering process was fairly easy. Thank you

I placed the feather lamp in my basket. Then the price doubled within an hour. Then I received a barrage of emails saying I needed to pay for it. I blocked the site in the end, thought it might be a con.

I've been looking for wall sconces for some time, and these are perfect and great price. I'm ordering from Australia so hopefully they arrive in one piece.

The ordering process was very easy. I now look forward to receiving the lamp and adding it to my decor.

I ordered 3 small lamps to assemble myself but they were delivered without any assembly instructions. I wrote to customer service but received no reply and online I can't find any tutorials. I am totally disappointed and would not recommend buying from this site under any circumstances!

My 2 lamps stopped working after 6 months. Would have expected longer. Disappointed as I did love them.

At the beginning I was a bit upset because I thought I bought a danish design object (lamps) from a UK website. But in the process of delivery I noticed that it is at least coming from China. So I was afraid that I bought expensive scrub. But after a long period of waiting to be delivered (3 months) I finally got my order yesterday and it seems everything ok with it.// I had to contact in the beginning various times the customer support (Irene! ;)) because at the last step of my order I didnt notice that there was a change in the product (the lamps were available in two sizes and allthough I clicked first the bigger ones) I ordered the smaller ones because I didnt realize a field in the order process there I again had to select the size). so I paid and in the order confirmation I saw that I ordered the small ones. What I want to say is, that I had no problems with the customer support - they were available and they answered in time. I only had to pay the difference and an extra in delivery...but well - I have been delivered the right size yesterday and the design is very beautiful / as expected!

Terrible company. They take your money and never deliver the product. It’s been two months and customer service will not get back to me.

Bought 10 firefly lamps for the garden and only two are working properly.

I really love the light. It gives perfect light for my needs such as reading and doing my artwork. I didn’t care for the color choices so I bought the grey and painted mine and loved the outcome so much that I have ordered two more.
