Great job, Empress!

Great job on customer service Empress. 👍🏻 You listened and acted promptly. Thank you! I liked the shoes just not the color I chose and you helped me through the process. Keep up the good work!

These shoes are the best

These shoes are the best. I recently spent 8 days in London and walked an average of 26,000 steps a day and these shoes were wonderful. I only took the one pair and they were not only comfortable, but also perfect with every outfit!

Butter Soft Shoes

Easy ordering, beautiful shoes that are true to size and buttery soft leather. Beautifully presented in their individual protective bags. Delivery to the UK was swift. Will definitely be ordering more in the future.

The flats of your dreams. Get one in every color.

This was my 5th pair of square toed empress flats. Buy the black flats. I swear. It's "that" pair of flats you've been searching for your entire life. Then come back and buy a pair in a fun color because... you can. Then buy a pair that matches your suit and give up your heels because they are dumb. I just love these shoes. (and they don't pay me or give me free shoes to say that. I have bought every single pair of those!)

quality control

shipping was fast and reliable as always. the only thing about the shoes I ordered I did not love was the ties and how they pressed into the foot. the shoes are marvelously soft and comfortable other than that tie.

Excellent customer service and communication. Very comfortable and great colours but would love to see orange or mustard colour patent leather as well. Beautifully packaged and speedy delivery. Have already bought 3 pairs and will possibly purchase more. Very customer focused. Great work guys.

I love my Empress Shoes

I love my Empress Shoes. They are the only ones that don't make my feet hurt. I ruined my feet by running 2 hours a day and now it's difficult to walk. Whenever I have to go somewhere I make sure I am wearing my Empress Shoes. Even better, they are cute.
