I have an 11 year-old English springer spaniel. Prior to using this product, she was terrible with having her nails done. I could only do one or two nails at a time, and she would run when she saw the guillotine nail trimmers. Literally, she would run when I went to the drawer. Since using the Silent Groom Pro, she comes, lays down, and I do all her toes and she just lays there and doesn’t move. It is an awesome tool. It definitely takes more time, but what a difference it has made for her, and for me. I don’t feel like I’m torturing her anymore. I ordered more bits and just waiting for them to arrive. 😊 BTW, Gliedyl was very helpful.

I appreciate that the service team stayed in contact with me even though it was frustrating that several attempts had been made to deliver my product but there was a failure in the process. But they stayed with it until they have hopefully figured it out and I really appreciate that they always responded when I told them about this problem. Look forward to using this nail grinder so that my dog won't suffer at the hands of Clippers anymore

I have a big Anatolian Shepherd Dog who is also a big drama queen! For years we have struggled with her nails. They were black, thick and long as a dragons' talons. It would take 3 people, myself and two vet techs, to hold her down and clip those nails. I used to dread taking her to the clinic. I would sedate my dog and then wish I could sedated myself as well... All that howling, snaring and snapping! I had to use a big muzzle on her. Out of desperation, I ordered the Heusom Silent Groomer Pro and the whole monthly nail trimming ordeal magically changed. I was thrilled to find this product and so was my dog! I still have her wear a muzzle and I sedate her but yesterday when I took her to the vet clinic, she just laid on the floor quietly while we used the Heusom Groomer on every single nail. It takes a while to use, it's not as fast as clippers but having my dog be relaxed and accepting is a big, big, deal!

Great device; my dog handles it much better than clipping. I am very satisfied with customer service also. I highly recommend this device for any dog that it reactive to clipping! The quietness of the motor of this device is especially a positive!

My dog Dakota was very afraid to get his nails cut. I couldn't do them myself. Now with the neusom he is calm and I can get his nails trimmed by myself.

I love this little nail trimmer! One of the best things I have ever bought online!
My little JoJo never wanted anyone to mess with his nails. We tried the groomers, that did not work. I swear he always figured out where we were going before we got there. He would go crazy!
The vet? Way expensive!! This was my last resort. Before the vet. So I ordered the Heusom nail trimmer. Its lightweight, quite, and works very well. First time Jo really didn't like it. But he let me trim his nails! I kept giving him little breaks, so he could calm down. But I got all four of his feet done. Second time was a breeze. I can't say JoJo loves it. But he does not love his bath either. Now his nails look good. I know he feels better. And he is so much happier with his new shoes!! I recommend this product to anyone and everyone who have troubles doing their pups nails.

I was very skeptical about a nail file for dogs that actually works. I bought it because of the money back guarantee. IT WORKS!! My dog doesn't mind having his nails trimmed. It makes me happy to know that he isn't in pain or scared.

I placed an order on 4th April, it's now 15th and apparently it's at an airport, so still in transit. I would not order from this company again!

Recently purchased one of these toys, I find this trimmer to be really cheap Chinese knock off probably there is a professional product on the market but this heusom is not the good choice, the battery is not lasting as advertised, the power of the motor is on the low and high absolutely the same just the RPM rise but that doesn’t help with the power it disappears. The MOTOR INSIDE THIS HEUSON IS NOT BRUSHLESS TECHNOLOGY. False advertisement from in full. Another cheap Chinese trick to collect money, I hate them for it.
