a company that makes alarms for vulnerable women to feel safe (most likely customer focus) has failed on its core objective. It’s not like the battery gets used on a regular basis or that the battery can be charged like a phone. The battery is sat idle for years until the crucial moment. Imagine in that moment the terror felt from being attacked. The woman reaches for the one thing that she has carried around for years that will draw attention to her situation, and what happens?? Nothing! All because it doesn’t work anymore. More than likely due to cheap ass batteries imbedded into the motherboard of the product. Buy cheap and sell for a profit. Absolute scam. Their whole busy model falls flat on its face. I’m disgusted.
Great, useful alarms
Love that they offer usb charged alarms now (vs batteries) and the side light button. Delivery to me (mainland U.K.) took one week; but the delay was owing to a missed connection with the courier, Evri. Received efficient communication/reply from Ashely staff when contacted.
No delivery and no customer service
Seems like a common theme here, but I put an order in on the 16th of January, and got email on 27th saying its on its way.
Checked tracking on Royal Mail site on 31st and they still haven't received. I emailed them but they didn't respond and so contacted them again just now (2nd Feb) asking for an update within 24 hours otherwise I'm contacting my credit card company to cancel the order.
Wish I'd read the reviews here first as I would have avoided them.

Stupid online shop
Placed my order on the 19th of January, item said ready for next business day dispatch, well here I am on the 31st of January and still have not received my item.
My advice to anyone is avoid this place they will not respond to emails

Quick, helpful and efficient
Rapid, helpful, knowledgeable and very efficient. I found them intelligent and helpful over the phone, they identified the manufacturer of my door lock from my unprofessional observations, and came very quickly to replace it for me. Their engineer was helpful and friendly, giving good advice and I would certainly recommend them.

WARNING: SUSPICIOUS COMPANY ALERT. Company appears as genuine by construction of website, however... Only functioning email address DOES NOT RESPOND to emails. No phone number listed, no VAT number / listed company registration ID for Companies House, etc. Placed my order on 9th December, Tracking details issued but goods not received to this date. Tracking for Royal Mail states to this date that no goods yet received by Royal Mail. Have emailed supplier requesting details of situation, no such response received. Have given legal notice today to CANCEL order and PROVIDE FULL REFUNd with IMMEDIATE EFFECT, otherwise my bank will be instructed to recover all costs and undertake legal investigation with Police. Due to the vast array of complaints which support my statement here, I urge customers not to entertain this business. Monitor your accounts and inform your banks immediately of any suspicious actions.

Delivery arrived after 28 days - not really good enough when they say on the web site "Orders processed here in the UK will take 1-2 business days to arrive"
The tracking is hopeless as well - says it was 'ready' two weeks ago - no further updates.
Dreadful …
I ordered one on the 23rd of November and was told it would be 3 to 5 days. We are now at day 12 and I believe it’s only just been posted. It’s a shocking lie on their website that it’s 2 to 5 days and they don’t answer any emails so don’t order from them.

Awful company. I ordered an alarm but received the wrong one (yes I’m lucky to have received one at all)
But I have paid for something I do not want and emails go unanswered. I will not return this one as I know I will not receive a refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM
Avoid! Shocking customer service
Ordered 3 alarms on 12 November, website states 2-5 days delivery and still not received. I have sent 2 emails and completed a contact form but no replies received. I can find no contact number to call them; shocking customer service! I have requested a refund but I won’t hold my breath. Avoid!
Terrible experience – no communication and still no order
I’ve had an absolutely awful experience with this company. I placed an order back in early October and it still hasn’t arrived. I’ve sent multiple emails, filled out their support form, and even messaged them on Instagram — and I haven’t received a single reply.
The complete lack of communication is shocking. I understand delays happen, but ignoring customers for weeks is unacceptable. At this point I’ve got no product, no update, and no idea if it’s ever going to turn up.
Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend avoiding this company until they fix their customer service and actually start responding to people.

Wish id read these reviews before ordering. An trying to arrange a return and ref7nd but have had no response to any of my communications.
Also their website states that all products are shipped from the UK, But the tracking info shows that it ships from China.
Don’t buy from this company
Didn’t receive my order and the company still hasn’t responded to any of my emails. It’s a scam. Wish I’d found these reviews before I placed my order. Don’t buy from this company.

Didn’t receive my order and no response despite multiple emails. Update: After contacting via social media I did finally get a response and my alarm arrived today. It’s a gift for a relative so can’t comment on how good or bad it is but it was very hard to get response from this company and I’m afraid I would not recommend
Ordered just before the restock date…
Ordered just before the restock date and arrived about a week after the restock. No complaints at all.
Maybe the other people were unlucky or I was lucky. Who knows. But purchased for my wife for when she’s out running. Seems well made.
Terrible Customer Service
Ordered 3 alarms for my daughters. One arrived faulty. No response to my 4 emails to customer service. I have also made attempts to contact the company via social media. (They just delete any comments). Terrible customer service and disgusting that they would provide unsafe alarms that don’t even work when you need them - So much for protection!!

My order turned out to be backordered. After weeks of waiting, I contacted them to cance,l and they ignored me.
They eventually shipped the order I asked to cancel, but they never answered emails. Emailing or contacting them is a waste of time.
Not recommended.
Would never buy from them again.
Not a genuine company
Ordered two weeks ago, I've emailed twice chasing them with no response. I've now given them notice that I want a refund or will be going to the financial ombudsman and trading standards. Think this company is a scam.
Update 11/8 after claiming a refund through my bank and sending the notification of legal action I got an impersonal email within hours cancelling my order. Turns out they are real, just inept. "Obsessed with customer service"?!?!?!?
This company, must be a scam.
I placed an order with this company for three alarms a month ago. I never received the order. I have emailed them on numerous occasions without any reply. I never received the alarms. I did request a refund, never received a reply. Be wary as this company, is not reliable.
