Really easy and just got 50% off!
I was sceptical about a site that claimed to offer 50% off the price that Steam was charging for a game. But, I thought I'd give it go. I'm delighted to report that the process was dead easy and I had no problems using the activation key on Steam. I'm always up for a bargain so you now have one very happy customer.

Easy to use and understand
Easy to use and understand, had no problems; But, having to be online and waiting to download the game is inconvenient. If I am paying for the game I would still like to receive it on disk via mail as well.

I Did not have the skills to rectify a game's failure to launch
Downloaded purchased game into steam platform but it failed to launch.
Limited tech skills, referral to chatrooms by both steam and egaming and infolinks not very productive.
Once egaming aware of issue, was offered additional assistance but on balance decided to to take the offered full refund - received promptly.

the game I purchased from Egaming wouldn't work , after a surprisingly quick response from their tech people it was determined the problem was with my computer not being fast enough for their game to work. That being said, a refund was not offered, hence 3stars instead of 5

Defective game
I bought and downloaded the game from Egaming. I then had to download Steam. After 20 minutes I finally got the Home screen of Fall Out 3. I pressed play, and it froze, then closed on me. I tried everything; restart, reinstall, nothing worked. I sent an Email to Egaming, got a response from Harry who gave me a link that would've cost more. I wasn't happy with that, so, Harry called me and explained about the age of the game and it's compatibility with new computers. I was impressed with the off hours phone call and the explanation along with the full refund.
