Great bike , great company .
I purchased my e bike from this company and about a year later I had a problem with the battery so I called them up and the sent me a new battery fast and at no charge. A couple of years later I bought some accessories from thier website and had a question about one of the items so I called the company again. The nice lady said she would check with tech support and call me back. Within an hour she called me back with an answer to my question. I'm in New York, they're in California and I really feel they stand behind what they sell..

It would have been nice to have written instructions to put the trike together. the written word and the youtube together would have been perfect for us 'older' ones who have never put any bike together before.

Good thing I had my own tools.
Assembly was accomplished reviewing the YouTube assembly guidance, replaying sections over & over because it often went fast through what was actually a series of steps. Mounting the tail light was left out. (It is unlikely that I could have done the assembly without the video.) Good thing I had my own hex wrenches & socket wrenches. The tools provided did not cover all the tool needs. The etrike works great.

I bought an Emojo electric bike several years ago, on line. Then let it set for over a year and the battery died. After lots of searching and e-mails, I found this outlet in CA that was kind enough to walk me through identifying the battery type I needed and of course helping me repace the dead one. Nice quick responses and easy instructions.

Now the Bike, I did 30 miles on it Sunday and it is an absolute pleasure ride. I used pedal assist because I don't want to miss out on a workout and used only about 25% of battery. I love my Wildcat.

I've purchased and enjoy my Emojo Caddy Pro trike. I find the guality and the way this trike is put together to be of high standards. I've since purchased excessaries on line and found that process to be of the same although I was a little disappointed at the scarcity of excessaries. I would highly recommend the Emojo products for ebike purchases.

The bike is not designed for durability. Everything on the bike is loose and has to constantly be tightened. The fender design is ridiculously pathetic. The connections to the fender come off every time you're driving it. I'd rather get a ride bike. They look much more solid

I received the wrong bike rack by mistake. I contacted Emojo customer service and Sabrina Robinson, Emojo Rockstar, arranged for the return and shipped out the correct unit. Seamless and very fast. Kevin

I was pleased for the most part
I was pleased for the most part, but the led light I bought came with no box, and no instructions for assemble, so I had to guess my way, search google, and get help from friends to assemble. The surfboard racks, the metal latches fell off so weren’t secure. This happened even before first use. We clamped them tighter, but made me question the quality. That said, shipment came fairly soon, and owner emailed personally with order, letting me know if I needed any help moving forward, let them know. That alone made me happy with the order.
Good Caddy Pro but poor customer follow up to get a replacement battery
Assembled the bike and battery was inoperable. Poor written assembly instructions. Called the battery problem in Friday and no help. Back all day working with Emojo trying to get a new battery coming. No one returned any of my comms- emails or voicemails.
Quality of the trike seems good with exception of the battery but can’t fully test it.
Very dissatisfied with the customer service trying to get a problem corrected.
This should have been a 5 minute troubleshooting call and then quick follow up to get a replacement battery coming.
Hope this is not a preview of future customer service if I have another problem.
