The mattress topper is just firm enough and soft enough to allow me a really good night's sleep. Both myself and my husband are really happy with the Emma -sleep mattess topper.

Waking up refreshed with no sore back.
My bed had such a firm matress so I was waking up every morning with a sore back.
I bought a matress topper from Emma Sleep hoping it would make a difference.
Wow I am extremely happy, its not too firm and not too soft. It's perfect and I sleep better and wake up refreshed with no back pain.

I bought the mattress for our teenage…
I bought the mattress for our teenage daughter. Her sleep has improved and she no longer has back ache! We also have the mattress and subsequently our sleep quality is so much better! Very comfortable mattress indeed!

Sturdy but comfortable product.…
The pillow was a little more firm than I liked, but once I removed a layer it has been fine.

Memory foam is a game changer!
Husband is very happy with his Emma pillow. Great to have the option to adjust the layers/height. Can feel quite thick/sturdy but you still melt into it. Would be nice to have a contour version available too!

Upon checking, we can see that this has been raised to our customer support team and a replacement has been processed. We regret to see that you were unable to take advantage of the 100 Night trial and extension for the return/refund and we hope you can accept a replacement in line with our Terms and Conditions. Please be advised that the mattress is dispatched directly from the factory, so it may be that it initially smells 'new' when it arrives. I found online that Customers can request mattress toppers if they feel their mattress is softer than they were expecting, My request was declined.
I ordered three mattresses. It would have been good to even get 1 for our super king bed.

Hello Pawan, we sincerely apologise about this. Also, a useful tip to know is that the bed frame used will affect the performance of all mattresses in certain ways. For example, a slatted bed base will give a mattress a softer feel compared to a divan base with a solid platform, which will make the mattress feel firmer. Hot to sleep on
This bed was delivered super quick and in a relatively small tidy box which was easy to store since we didn't open it for several months.
This bed is amazing to lie on...firm yet soft and comfortable and minimal partner disturbance (I have Restless Leg Syndrome) Initially I would have given it 5 stars.
However, the actual mattress retains ALOT of body heat. It heats up quickly and then if you are a hot sleeper like my partner then it's impossible to get cool. Even as a cool sleeper I found I was wearing light summer Pj's during frosty nights because it's just so warm. Fine for winter but we will have problems come summertime.
The other thing is that after sleeping on it for only 3 months it has already got depressions where our bodies lie with a noticeable 'lump' in the middle. No, you can't see it but you can feel it.
Overall it is very comfortable and affordable especially if you get it on sale but I'm uncertain about it's longevity and summertime comfort.

Can you please use a plywood board under your mattress to add support and make your mattress firmer? It helps to make the mattress a lot firmer preventing you from sinking into the mattress as much and could help combat heat retention. Very quick email to acknowledge that the mattress had been picked up and was on our way. Unfortunately the courier company took longer than expected so didn't receive until 11 days later. Mattress is lovely though

Warm and comfy. Initially thought it might be too firm when I first slept on it, but over time is feels comfy, supportive, and warm.

New mattress
I am still getting use to the new mattress it is a lot firmer than what I am use to . I have issues with my back and am hoping this mattress will help time will tell .
Hi Emma mattresses this is my update I am now 2 months on the new mattress , I have now added a bambilo topper pad plus a foam topper, this mattress is too hard for me it's like sleeping on a board I don't think it's going to get any better. Are any of your mattresses softer or are they all the same. Looking forward to your response
