After ordering a dress which was very poor quality and took ages to arrive I have tried to contact them to ask for details about how to return but they appear to be ghosting me. Wish I read these reviews before ordering. Do not order from them. They are scammers!

Will not help with returning my item. They have a Sheridan Wyoming address but insist I send item to a China address instead. The cost would be more than the item. Their 30day money back guarantee is useless. Do not purchase from them

I order two blouses that were advertised as cotton-poplin. I received two blouses that were polyester/spandex. When I send my complaint asking for a refund, they sent an email with the return information to China. I sent a total of 4 emails and all their responses were that I could return the blouses to China at my expense. I do not recommend anyone to buy from them.

This website is a scam, ordered 2 dresses advertised as linen/cotton and the dresses that came were polyester. They want the customer to return it to china but will not provide a return label. I really want to spend more of my money to return something that will never be acknowledged as received. Deceptive business bait and switch. DO NOT BUY. SCAMMERS

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM I tried to cancel my order 30 minutes after placing it (after looking at Trustpilot reviews- I could kick myself for not doing so before my purchase). I was told 3 days later it was processed and couldn’t be canceled. I actually received an email 3 days after that, saying the order was processed.

I waited a few weeks for it to arrive from China. Shoes did not fit at all, even after ordering a size up. Quality was not worth the money spent. I emailed them, hoping for a return, to no response. Emailed again a week later, and got a return address to China, no labels to ship with.

The customer service is lacking service. The company poses as a “mom and daughter” company, but I really doubt that after my interactions. I thought I was supporting a small boutique, only to find they have bad quality items and crappy customer service.

I’m probably out my money. Save yours! Skip this company.

This is a total scam- the representation of a at sweater was different on Instagram and what actually came was a cheap nylon sweatshirt, returned item to China, first they were nice to respond and gave the address, but 1,2, 3 months later their response always was" We did not receive the item", so they never refunded my 60$ purchase- DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!

I ordered what appeared to be a nice blazer and a pair of loafers. When they arrived, over a month later (from China even though the company says they are from California), they were of the cheapest quality and did not look anything like they did online. When I asked to return them, I was refused and was told this: "We understand your concerns regarding the items. Upon review, the products received match the items ordered and there are no defects or incorrect items identified. Differences in personal expectations or perception of quality do not qualify as a valid reason for return under our policy." So DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! SCAM and Crappy quality.

I placed an order for a pair of sandals for my daughters birthday. When I received the email confirmation I realized that I accidentally ordered the wrong size (my mistake). I immediately emailed and messaged the company asking them to change my order to reflect the correct size (I messaged/emailed within 5 minutes of placing my order). I received an email back the following day telling me that they had already processed my ordered and that I would have to wait to receive the order and then go through the return process (which costs a minimum of $30 because you are required to ship to China). Their website claims that you have a 12 hour window to make order corrections, so this was already strike one.
I just received my order in the mail today. These shoes are CHEAPLY made. I could buy better made shoes at Walmart than these shoes. The soles are made out of plastic and cardboard and there is absolutely no cushion in them. The 'leather' straps are made of a cheap material and instead of a buckle adjusting strap, it is velcro. The original price on their website listed these shoes as $229 is a joke. DO NOT spend your money. I wish I would have done more research before making my purchase. It is sad that companies charge outlandish prices for horribly made products.

I ordered a lovely looking ‘Autumn/Winter’ dress.
I was reassured by the supposed reviews on the site and by the details of the company’s beginnings and longevity.
When received the dress, it was very badly made and of extremely poor quality material. It wasn’t even a good fit. I immediately wrote requesting my money back: but, of course, I was told I had to return the goods to China. They explained that the goods may go missing in transit. However, without the goods being returned a refund could not be issued to me. A 10% discount was offered if I would like to keep the goods. Clearly, I did not want to do this. I pointed out that the parcel had been redirected from their warehouse in Manchester to my address in Northamptonshire. I was unable to understand why the process could not be reversed. I asked to send my parcel to Manchester who could then return it to China and I could have my money back. This is apparently impossible. I would recommend anyone who sees this advert to avoid this company at all costs. The dress is such poor quality that I would even be embarrassed to put it into a charity shop. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
