Emirates is without a doubt THE best airline bar none. Wherever we go we use them. The service from the moment one boards the flight is exceptional. So to exceed that very experience has to be EXCEPTIONAL. This crew of Estelle | Zineb | Ana | Nisune | Nicole| Marah | Nasinma | MeUem | Elisah ( hope we spelt all the names correctly ) We were sitting with a group of really chatty people and the crew made us relaxed and contributed enormously to our enjoyment. Everywhere you went on that flight people were smiling and that whole 'feel good factor' was down to this particular crew. PLEASE pass our thanks on to each of them . This is what enjoyable flights are all about . Thank you from David & Theresa. See you all again on our next flight we hope

Probably one of the worst airline for customer service.. proper third world country service and support! Would never ever book anything with this airline!! Complete disgraceful for sucha big Company to business this way!!

I had a long haul flight Booked pre covid and unfortunately it was cancelled due to the pandemic. I have been asking for my refund that I was entitled to for almost a year now. Customer service is absolutely appalling and I’ve been passed on from one person to the next. With no resolution and almost never any reply.

flight cancelled 14th Aug. no relief back up, even flying indirect, return plane filthy toilets return broken tv, been with Airline from scratch, gone down over the years. i expected points for poor service, which previous i given to charity. having even meals are poor, just curry based, to fly to Dubai other wise i would not bother, better off with Qatar, or Turkish airlines. better quality.better leg room on British airways

i booked my ticket in advance for december and they cancelled, i called agent for refund he said emirates will keep my money for 3 to 4 weeks. he can't refund untill emirates refund him back. emirates cancelled my ticket and don't want me to refund money. airline Ref: JYNGXW

I have travelled often with Emirates they are my favourite airline. I am so pleased with the way they have handled Covid 19 and they have refunded my flight so much earlier than the published time. Can’t wait to get back on a flight with you

I have flown with this airline on several occasions without complaint until now.
They have a cavalier attitude towards their own rules after taking your money as regards free seat choice as promised in the final 48 hrs before flying. THERE IS NONE contrary to what is written in your booking.
Having made several phone calls to my 2 fellow passengers to synchronise our seat booking venture just as the 48 hrs would begin we discovered that Emirates had already assigned us the least favourite seats at the rear of the plane without our consent.
My sister doesn't lime the back, doesn't like over the wing and had seversl web chats with eleanor, jane and wassim to sort it out.
Eleanor wanted to charge her to make a change which my sister refused as she had not chosen the seat.
Eleanor was persuaded to remove the three of us from seat s 81 A to c at the rear of the plane .
Due to my sister's needs, she ended up paying atotal £56 for her and her husband. It seems that i can still select my seat. However we have a connecting flight and at the time that my sister was complaining we still had choice.
However overnight , long before the 48 hr deadline. ,we three slaves to emirates whims are in seat row 79 rear of the plane dubai to mauritius next to the toilets. My sister will be pleased.NOT. Sarcasm
