I fell for this rubbish too, please don’t buy from them, they are very cheap Chinese products. My “gold” earrings turned a dirty “silver” after just 5 days of wearing them. I could kick myself that I didn’t check on trustpilot first. TOTAL RUBBISH

This company is a scam. It claims to be an artisan jewellery maker who puts love and effort into her pieces of beautifully crafted designs. Then they also draw you in with saying she’s stopping her work and selling off her remaining pieces - thereby causing a sense of urgency. The product is actually from China and is cheap rubbish. Luckily for me I asked my bank to help and within three days the company refunded me in full. My advice is - don’t give these scammers your hard earned money. I feel stupid for falling for it but luckily received my money back. I will check much more carefully in future.

THIS IS A SCAM, Jewellery is not made by Emily in England. The stuff is mass produced in China, not sterling silver furthest from its cheap metal. Asked so many times to return item being told id get 30% refund just laughable. The ring I received was nothing like website it was cheap rough metal. Customer services is a complete joke they can ram there £28 refund that they emailed me everyday stating Clearpay refund not working. Asking for my bank details absolutely hilarious like I’m going to pass my details to some china scam company.

Received 3 items and am so disappointed. The site is describing hand-crafted items by ‘Emily’ who is ‘retiring and selling off her pieces’. It didn’t take long to realise that these are coming from China and as others suggest, of inadequate standard. I’ve received better quality from Temu at 10% of the price. Total waste of my hard-earned money.

Total scam. Jewellery is exactly like what you get from Temu or SHEIN. I was offered 10%, then 20% and finally 30% immediate refund instead of returning. Took 7 emails before they would provide me with the return address which is in China and you have to pay to return yourself and they will only refund you 85% due to a 15% “restocking fee”. I am so irritated I fell for this complete farce of an operation. Avoid at all costs. Positive reviews are definitely fake.

This company is a Chinese company and a scam!!!
The jewelery is sub standard quality and the rib was broken when it arrived.
They offered a refund but then lied and didn't send my refund. When i queried it they said I would get a discount on my next order. They're will be no next order as the items are shockingly bad.

I have given them one last chance to refund me before I escalate!!!

I learned about Emily's Jewels from a friend. Yesterday, I was so excited when the package arrived because I've been meaning to try it on before the event I will have to attend next week. Impressively, the packaging is also premium and secured, the necklace even looks better in person than in the product photos. Thanks to accommodating customer support for actively catering to my inquiries and questions.

So much love for Emily's Jewels! I just bought a piece of jewellery, and I am genuinely so happy about it! The design is really unique, and the quality is top-notch! It's pretty amazing that I always get compliments when I wear it. The customer service is really great, too, and the delivery process is really fast. I will definitely come back for more!

I was amazed by the collection of Emily's Jewels and found something that really made me order my own pair of earrings. For the second time, I was amazed and impressed with the product.

Absolute scam . This is a Chinese based firm and the item you receive will not be as described on any website .
Was expecting a silver hallmarked ring as advertised, I received a silver coloured ring not hallmarked and shoddily made .
When you ask for a refund they say you have to send to China and pay for post yourself despite getting item that is not as described therefore.
Do not fall for it , only wish I’d seen this page before

I really appreciate the design and the detail of my personalized necklace. I am thankful that the customer support was very accommodating when it came to the customization I relayed, and I was happy that it appeared just exactly how I needed it to be. One thing I also want to say is that Emily's Jewels' packaging is the standard.

Actually, the shipping was faster than I expected, which is really great because I've been looking forward to finally wearing this. Rated -10. Complete scam on Facebook. Cheap tat from china. If you do receive it like me the earrings made my ears itch straight away and broke first time I took them off. Won’t refund you. Won’t let you cancel an order. Avoid at all cost

Wish I'd seen the reviews and the same product being sold on Temu for £1 before purchasing a "silver" and gold plated ring for £27, the quality is unacceptable, it looks very cheap and tacky ,hopefully we will be able to sort this SCAM as we purchased using PayPal, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! SURELY THE GOOD REVIEWS ARE FAKE!!! TOTAL SCAM, TOTAL FRAUD!!!
