I'm a businessman from Phoenix and have been in the industry since past 15 years. I have been using various companies for the packaging of my products and am always conscious of the quality and standard. Two years ago I came to know of Emenac Packaging referred by one of my friends and I contacted this company. I was worried about the quality but their sales person Harry proved to be a perfect handler who assured me and asked me to get a small try initially before doing major business. I tried with a small order but they were amazing with their sense of understanding and concern about the quality I demand.
Chris is the manager whom I found a really master of the industry who knows each and everything about packaging and boxes. I trust him and his team so much that a lot of time I am asking them to advise me what should be the right package, and they always comes out with wonderful ideas and solution.
They are always straight with the exact timeframe and clear with their delivery time and process. Sometimes the things are not in our hands but they always prove, to be honest and clear. I am working with them since that time and I recommend them to all the professional businessmen who are looking for a trustworthy partner.

Michelle Smith was incredibly helpful, thorough, and pleasant to work with. Our company has worked with at least a dozen different packaging and design teams, and Michelle gave us far and away the best experience we've ever had. She immediately understood what we were looking for, as well as the urgency of our need. Michelle helped us get the perfect design, and then she got it into production as soon as possible. From there she checked up on us every few days, making sure we knew the status of the order. NO ONE DOES THAT!! We were floored by how easy she made the entire process and are already working with her on another project!

The quality is excellent and all the customer service is exceptional. Nathan always goes out of his way to help me with my projects and he responds to my emails right away. I'm very glad he handles our account!

They said the box is manufactured in New York but came from Parkistan with total defects.
Printing is messed up and contaminated with messy ink, defected lamination, color discrepancies, peeling off the lamination and loss of symmetry and you name it.
This company is lieing everything and fails to deliver as ordered.
In spite of multiple requesst of replacement, no answers.
They are on line brokers with no manufacturing capacity.
Be careful.

Supervisor Jeff is hiding and New supervisor Harry came up and said he is new. Mark who is in customer Service is also hiding
Harry asked me to remove this review from TRUST PILOT first for them to fix anyrthing.

I refused to do so to protect other people who might use this company.
I also found they use a fake address in Irvine in California where they are not registered according to that Office Sharing company 2372 Morse Avenue ,Suite # 313, Irvine, CA 92614

Excellent service in an online chat. Just 20 minutes from the “looking for printed boxes" to parting with money. Аnd only three days of parting with money before the dream come true. Quickly and efficiently, nothing more. If it suitable for you, that you need Emenac, online chat and Nancy.

I have been working with Mark Hill for almost a year. we are in a demanding industry. Mark and the company have bent over backwards to meet deadlines, price reductions and increasing graphic design changes.
I have read a few negative reviews and find it hard to understand. it must be either a disgruntle employee or competitor. I say this because we have been through some challenging projects together and Mark and her managers have always been ethical, professional and reasonable.

This company claims to be in the US, but based on all my phone calls and emails it is clear that they are not. They misprinted my order twice, and now will not respond to emails or phone calls. The first time I received the misprinted items, they covered the cost of a reprint. Still not right, now they are just completely ignoring me. I even suggested a few ways to make it right, willing to cover some of the cost. I am filing a claim with the BBB who will hopefully help me get my money back. I am out over $400 as I've already paid for my order in full.

Firstly, pay attention to the fact that all the positive reviews are on the same dates. Also, the influx of positive reviews come after a bad review is left. Major red flag that i wish i would've noticed before i gave them my money.

Furthermore, this company is located in Pakistan, not Irvine, CA. The address listed in there profile is to a virtual office they pay $25/month for. The red flags start before you even pick up the phone to call them!

Now on to my experience with Emenac. It starts off great and they're beyond accommodating BEFORE they have your money. I chose to use them because they claim to be based in the US, however, they are not. They have a business address here, but they are in Pakistan, the person you're working with is in Pakistan and the products are shipped from Pakistan. Because I didn't want to deal with importing from China, I assumed a US company would be my best bet. They claim to be in US, but are not. They claim free shipping, but you'd still be paying half what they quote you for production and importing from China. They also try to discourage you from ordering samples with ridiculous sample costs so that you end up stuck with a subpar product. I found this out after the fact. I should have done my due diligence, and i hope i can encourage someone else to do theirs.

So, I agree to a price with them for custom shipping boxes, send them my artwork and then I ask them to hold off on shipping until I get my new artwork. They agreed and had no issues with this. They told me they had not started printing my boxes. Once i receive my updated artwork for the 2 boxes i already ordered and asked them for quotes on 4 additional boxes, this is where all the problems started. I'd received an email from them for 25% off boxes that i forwarded to my representative and informed her i'd like to apply this to my additional 4 boxes i want to add to my order. She came back with prices that were way higher than my first quotes. I asked her about the 25% off and she said the email should have said 2 - 25% off. 2%???? REALLY?! What am i going to do with 2%?! And even still, why are the prices HIGHER you've applied a 2% discount? She said the 25% was a marketing error, and i informed her that good customer service would be to honor that error. She refused and i moved on from that issue. So once i realized that the boxes they were going to print for me would not match my other boxes, I decided to get other products from them. I requested quotes, received there ridiculous prices, and was still going to move forward instead of requesting a refund. I requested custom rigid set up gift boxes that they claimed they could do, agreed to their gauged prices, but once they sent me pictures of samples i saw it wasn't what i requested. They tried to convince me the boxes would be nice and just fine. For $5/box, it needs to be what i want! So i follow up to see if this is something they can produce, and they tell me they can but i need to increase my minimums and now the price is $10 - $15. They literally make stuff up as they go. How can the price be $10 - 15 when you have the measurements? That's a big difference in price per box. So now i need to order $15,000 in gift boxes or you won't print them? The same box is $6/box elsewhere. So at this point, I'd had it with the ridiculous antics. It's clear they have no desire to do the right thing by their customers. I requested a refund and then they tell me they have to see how much costs were incurred from the initial boxes that i cancelled printing on. Earlier they'd told me they didn't start printing, and now all of a sudden they incurred costs. So I'm supposed to wait for them to make up some numbers so that they can keep all my money instead of refunding me??? What a joke!

They don't respond to emails once they have your money. I have to call them to follow up on everything. Every time i call, the representative (now I'm working with 2 different people), are out to lunch. No matter what time of day, they're out to lunch or just back from lunch so this is their excuse for not getting back to you. Once i called the rep was out to lunch and 4 hours later the same day she's on her way to lunch...what?! Keep your stories together!

Furthermore, they are very vague on the shipped and to your door date. They don't want to tell you they're in Pakistan, so they claim it gets to you in 7 - 9 days. That's actually when it's shipped from Pakistan. That's not when it will arrive to you.

Some companies want customers for a lifetime and some want to get what they can get out of you and then they repeat the process to the next business.

SAVE YOURSELF TIME, MONEY AND STRESS AND DON'T USE EMENAC! THEY ARE THE DEFINITION OF UNETHICAL.

We are a small startup company with a very limited budget and needed custom packaging for a new product. Natasha at Emenac was extremely helpful and responsive to figuring out our particular needs. The packaging we ended up with worked perfectly for our product launch. We are very happy with the results and thankful for Natasha in helping us get to the next level.

I had some boxes made by Emenac and Natasha was great helping me. There was a lot of back and forth to Make sure product was what I wanted. They met pricing of other companies quotes. There was a slight smell from production process when I received them but it dissipated after airing out package.

After a horrible experience with a box company overseas, I was very cautious with working with another box company. Emenac was able to answer my questions very quickly via webchat and the manager Chris even called me to talk pricing. Once you get the ball rolling and know what you want, turnaround times are very quick in comparison to other companies. Communications is key.

I always get compliments for my moisturizer boxes, the designs always come out crisp and look very professional. And the support team helps me tweak my design until it's exactly the way I want it. I highly recommend this company!

Such a great experience working with Emenac! Martin (my rep) was awesome, working with me on the design an all the changes needed. Production and delivery was fast and accurate. One of the better experiences I've had in a long while working with an outside vendor! Recommend highly!

As business is critical and timing is a major factor having a reliable company to work with makes the world of a difference. When starting a relationship with Emenack Packaging we initially had a slight discrepancy but the team was responsive and communicative and we were able to execute all our needs on time.
