Jeff was great to work with from start to finish. The communication was smooth throughout, and he handled revisions without making it feel like a big deal. The final design came out exactly how I envisioned it. My packaging has a premium feel to it and the details are clean. Honestly one of those rare experiences where the end result actually matched what was in my head. Would definitely work with him again and already have more projects in mind.

Great experience working with Hector on some custom pizza boxes needed for an event. Hector was very responsive and got the job done early! Boxes looked fantastic!

I asked for a quote for 20 carton boxes for a watch. Used their image on their website as reference, quote is $50.00/item. Insane. A paper box $50.00. Just found tycoonpackaging are doing this for $0.50.

To make matters worse, I just received a call from someone claiming to be “Harry Roy,” attempting to intimidate me into taking down this review. I have documented proof of their quote. This business appears to be hiding behind fake names and operating dishonestly.

I was in the middle of a rebrand for my ecommerce jewelry brand and needed packaging that reflects the high end products we sell. I also needed snug mailer boxes for my presentation boxes. Nancy did a great job - design support and options, communication, pricing - it was all on point.

In here to express my upmost gratitude and regard for Emenac, the work they do and the customer service they provide- in this case the hard work and dedication from a particular pillar and asset of their company Hector, who I honestly can’t speak highly enough of. I haven’t had someone at a business work as hard as him on something and want to note Emenac’s Custom work they do from and how hard everyone there worked to hit the mark on our and made event POP OFF with the Pop Corn Buckets they made for our Film Festival. I write this review with high regard for them, their hustle and the extra TLC they gave on every front on Avenue. With all my love - thank you for everything to all who made this happen - You guys are some BAR SETTERS FOR SURE 🔥🍿👏🏻 And one more shout out to Employee of the Month Hector - who single handedly is the reason I followed through on this order - He made this possible and the experience I had with you guys what it was ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

So grateful for Michelle and all of her support in getting my product completed. She answered each of my questions and paid great attention to detail to catch things before it all went to print. The door hangers looks great!

Timely mockups, fair pricing, good communication and great products.

Was just disappointed on how different a final product was from a 3D mockup. Something to note for future customers: the 3D mockup is NOT exact.

Emernac Packaging is the worst company we have ever worked with having the absolute worst customer service and customer satisfaction. After going back and forth for weeks on our design we finally ordered our Lip Balm boxes on April 23, 2024, costing a total of $230.00 for 200 boxes.
They arrived shortly after and much to our dissatisfaction. The boxes where not shipped flat but bound in bundles with a rubber band and curved making it difficult to assemble the flimsy cardboard used for the boxes.
We called and tried to discuss this with our representative. He was not in and someone said he would call back in ten minutes. No call back so the next day we tried again, even sent them a video of the problems with the design of the box, which included a flap on either side making it difficult for the customer to get the lip balm tube out of the box. Also the bottom of the box didn’t lay flat which created a problem for the tubes to not fit properly in the box. The flap that closed into the box would tear when filled with the tubes and you tried to open the box. All they would tell us is that we didn’t know how to assemble the box which was made of flimsy cardboard.

After repeated calls and them telling us someone would call in 10 minutes every time, which they never did, we finally got to talk to someone and he tried to tell us that we didn’t know how to properly assemble the box, which even a three-year-old would be able to do. To add insult to injury, he tried to show us in his own video that the box would work while he placed stones in the bottom of the box trying to tell us that the weight would keep the bottom of the box down, which it didn’t.
Never did anyone say they would make the order right, instead telling us we didn’t know how to assemble the box.
Not sure if this company has outsourced their orders but noticing the reviews, all of which are old and outdated, the staff we dealt with were not helpful at all. They offered to do the order over for us but wanted an additional 50% of what we originally paid to re-do the boxes. I don’t think so!!
During another phone call to yet another person in the office, (you never get to talk to the same person twice0 they agreed to give us our money back. So we waited and waited for two weeks and no refund. So we called and they again said someone would call back in 10 minutes. (This is getting old, don’t you think?) No call back. Finally we reached someone and they informed us that they never said that and would not return our money back.
So this is what is on their website: Emenac Packaging USA – What We Commit, We Deliver. Hmmmmm! I find that commitment difficult to believe.
We are not happy buyers and want to make sure you don’t get snagged by their irresponsibility and lack of customer service and commitment.
Don’t do business with this company!

We received excellent feedback and help from Michelle. She was very responsive to our needs, right up to the last minute and detail. The finished product is spot on, professional and to our expectations.
