Delivery issues
Still haven’t received it. This is a frustrating experience, flooring and delivery to the door was paid for well in advance and we are yet to see the goods. After much back and forth communication we have been told that we can organise our own delivery transport from the depot. Very disappointed so far.

Thank you for your feedback.
We're sorry to hear the board pattern variation wasn't quite what you were looking for. Natural timber and timber-look products can vary considerably between ranges, with some designed to offer a more consistent appearance and others showcasing greater colour and pattern variation.
Our flooring specialists would be more than happy to help you find a product that better suits your project requirements. Please feel free to get in touch with our team, and we can recommend options with the level of variation and character you're looking for.
Kind regards,
Embelton Flooring Team
