delivery fee
everything went ok and about to purchase your product until i found out the delivery price.
$500+ just a bit too much for me.a pick up from gold coast would mean a 6 hr round trip and toll fees.
purchased something locally.
for customers more local i'm sure your service is quite good.

Thank you for your feedback and for considering Embelton for your flooring project.
Due to the size, weight and freight requirements of flooring products, shipping to some locations can unfortunately be quite expensive. As well as this we rely on third-party freight providers to deliver our products across Australia, and as these providers have increased their pricing in recent times, we have unfortunately had to adjust our freight charges accordingly.
While we always strive to keep delivery costs as competitive as as possible, we understand they can be a deciding factor for customers located further out.
While we're disappointed we couldn't help you with your flooring project at this time, we appreciate your comments and the opportunity to review how we can continue improving our deliver options.
Thanks again for your review, we wish you all the best with your new flooring.

Exactly what we wanted.
We ordered the Biscotti floorboards and they're just as beautiful in real life as they looked online. Delivery was easy and only took a couple of weeks, even though they were on pre-order when we purchased. Customer service was great throughout. We'd definitely buy from them again.

On the positive side the order was easily placed after timely responses to a few queries. Communication about collection was very clear including regarding a delay of several days. The end of financial year price was appreciated. One negative was being contacted about collecting my order when this had already occurred and being unable to clarify this via phone follow-up.

We're pleased to hear that the ordering process was straightforward, that your queries were answered promptly, and that our communication around collection was clear. We're also glad you were able to take advantage of our End of Financial Year pricing.
We apologise for the misunderstanding regarding the collection notification you received after your order had already been collected. We'll share your feedback with the team as we continue to improve our processes and communication.
