Order never arrived tried to email but never emailed back avoid!!!

Product never got delivered, could never speak to anyone tried email , phone call and live chat never had a reply , terrible company , AVOID !!!!

Fake products. I waited much longer than stated for the product, now that it has arrived it is clearly fake - I have an original Rhode Glazing milk, and although the packaging is very similar, it is clearly different. The product inside is not the same at all, different smell and consistency. I am horrified that this company is allowed to keep trading….

I ordered a product over a week
ago and am still
waiting for this product. I emailed the company and have not to date received a reply. Having read the comments below I am concerned.
I usually have very positive results shopping on line so this is disappointing

Very disappointing, I waited over 2 months to finally receive my order, send multiple emails and messages to the company. I spent over £80 on rhode and byoma products. They finally answered me over 2 months! And finally sent out the order to only find all products are fake! I currently have all the products as I bought some whilst waiting for these and compared the mist, serums and glazing milk and they’re nothing alike (colour and consistency, texture and the size of their bottles!) I’m too scared to actually use these products as they’re clearly fake and I do not know what’s in the ingredients! Idk how they get away with this! I am trying to get a refund, happy to send these back cos I will not use them on my skin! Always check Trust pilot first!

Absolute scam. I ordered two items over a week ago and they promised on their website to send it on time. The email confirmation stated I would receive updates in 2 days. I still have received no response via email and their website

Complete scam. Payed for product, didn't arrive. No contact back from customer service. AVOID. I have reported to trading standards.

This site is a scam. I ordered a lot of makeup items. Never received it nor did they respond to my numerous emails. I regret not looking on Trust Pilot reviews before placing my order!

Beware - fake products being sold by this website. I purchased Rhode glazing milk as a present for my neice and it took 2 weeks to arrive. When it finally came it was a fake, no doubts about it. She has had the real thing before. Don't be fooled by theslick website and the instagram page that looks genuine at first glance. The packaging was fairly convincing but when compared to the real thing it is 100% fake. Rhode don't even make the product in that size.

I’ve basically been ripped off. Ordered on 11th of May and as of 13th June am yet to receive my order. I’ve messaged at least 4 times to request updates but had no response. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

my sister ordered the rhode glazing milk for my daughter. It took more than 2 weeks to arrive plus the product we have received is a fake. My daughter has bought Rhode glazing milk before and still has a bit in the old bottle. The stuff inside the bottle they sent is just any old moisturiser, not the glaziing milk. Outrageous.

Ordered from this company thinking a 2 day delivery was a good idea ordered on the 18th may still not received and it’s the 5th of June now sent numerous email to response worse company I’ve ever brought from lost 28£ no idea how to get back 😡

Scam!!! Avoid. Products are not delivered, they just ignore emails. I also suspect they are fakes.

Do not trust this website, is a scam. Ordered 2 weeks ago and there hasn’t been any update or delivery. I’ve sent an email but no response. Also messaged on live chat but no answer. Avoid!!!

I ordered an item for my daughter’s birthday on the 2nd May, by the 8th it had not arrived so I sent a chaser email. Kane replied on the 12th May saying it had got lost in the post and they were sending a replacement.
On the 18th neither item had arrived(the first or the replacement) so I sent another chaser, still not had a reply to this.
This company are terrible and do not communicate or send items you have paid for.
I spent £55 and are currently trying to get a refund on this. Avoid

Ordered Bubble skincare product. Received no dispatch information after a week. Sent 2 emails and received no response to either. Applied for refund through PayPal.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Emba Beauty. My package was never delivered, and despite multiple attempts to contact the company, I received very little communication or support regarding the issue.

As a customer, I expected better service and at the very least a response to my concerns. Due to the lack of resolution, I have now sought legal advice and escalated the matter through the appropriate channels.

I hope the company improves its customer service and communication going forward, as no customer should be left ignored when dealing with an undelivered order.

Do not buy from this company. Placed an order and almost 3 weeks later, havent received anything. Have contacted emba twice and have got no response. AVOID!!!!! Do not buy from Emba!!!!
