Hygienist Appointment with Heather, she is professional and very caring.

No one likes going to the Dentist but my visits are always as pleasant as possible. Kept informed about what is being done to my teeth and constantly reassured which is important. Offered choice of music which is nice touch. Visit today went well.

I have been with Elms Dental from Feb 2020 for various hygienist and dentist treatments, including composite fillings. On 16 June, (following an effortless four stage appointment schedule from 18 March 2022), I have acquired a chrome fitted denture for the upper jaw (two front and two rear teeth) which replaced the previous acrylic version. The device is very comfortable and have noticed an immediate improvement and enjoyment of my meals. Elms Dental appointment scheduling is well organised and staff service is generally courteous, considerate and reassuringly attentive. From my personal experience, I would highly recommend this dental practice to anyone.

My experience at the Elms Dental a practice has been amazing, from my general dental check ups to the treatment of my Invisalign has been great.

I want to thank especially Dr Barot as throughout my Invisalign treatment everything was explained so throughly and I appreciate Dr Barots’ professional approach, very knowledgeable and I always felt my questions and/or queries were dealt with such care and attention to detail.

The dentist environment itself has a friendly vibe and all the reception staff and dental nurses that I met throughout my Invisalign treatment were very lovely and made me feel at ease.

I would definitely recommend for anyone to consider signing up to this dentist as the entire team are very nice. Thank you Dr Barot for providing such an amazing service, I now as a result feel more confident about my smile and love the end result, so thank you!

I am the first time at the dentist after the pandemic and I would say I felt comfortable to be there, my worries were taken seriously, I was informed about my options and respected when I choose some. All my x-rays were shown to me and discussed in detail, my plan of treatment was ready straight away after the initial consultation and I am happy with it, would recommend to anyone who wants to be treated not in a hurry, with dignity and respect.

Following my initial appointment at this practice a porcelain crown was recommended to me at a cost of £850 but when I checked this against the fees shown on the Practice website the fee for a porcelain crown was shown as £650. I have persistently requested a justification for this price difference but no credible explanation has been provided and the Practice refuse to move from the £850 quoted. That price feels exploitative and exorbitant particularly as their approach to pricing isn't transparent and I feel like I've been treated as a money making opportunity rather than a dental patient. Please don't waste your time with this practice - go somewhere that provides decent care and isn't obsessed with money.
