Excellent Experience from Start to Finish
O had a great experience renting our motorhome from El Monte RV. The entire process was smooth and stress-free, from pickup to drop-off. Both were quick, well organized, and the staff wa professional and efficient.
Fortunately, we didn’t need any assistance during our rental because everything worked perfectly. We also stayed at several KOA campgrounds, and the KOA network is truly excellent, making the whole road trip even more enjoyable.
I highly recommend El Monte RV to anyone looking for a reliable and easy RV rental experience. We would definitely rent from them again!

We needed the rv because our bathrooms…
We needed the rv because our bathrooms and kitchen were demolished and we needed a bathroom and cooking stove. We needed to extend our rental time 3 times and the agents were so helpful in doing so.

No se puede estacionar en ningún lado…
No se puede estacionar en ningún lado de todos lados te echan a los 100 km se prendió el cheq del motor usándola súper despacio a50 millas máximo. No me reembolsaron nada la chica que me atendió no sabía español no sé ocupó de buscar algún que supiera. Me cobró por las sillas y no me las dio pagué por mil millas use 200 y ni siquiera eso me reembolsó. Nadie me avisó que era tan difícil llegué a un camping tarde 19 hs y no se podía entrar traté de dormir en un Walmart y nos hecharon. Luego en un estacionamiento de camiones y tambie a las 3 hs nos hecharon osea no pude dormir en ningún lado cuando me dijeron que había muchos lugares.

Good instructions form beginning to end. Each mail had good instructions what the steps were before renting the RV.
The day of renting was quick and smooth less. Very good experience.
the day of returning too. everything was good and positive. If I had to think of one constructive feedback I would say the floors of both RVs were very dirty. I tried cleaning them myself but it was not easy. overall a very positive experience. Will rent from them again.
