If a ZERO was available
If a ZERO was available, I would give it to them. I am currently awaiting a response from the corporate team. My five-day experience was unbelievably a disaster, the location team had little to no response to my major issues and sent a third party contracted individual at 9:30pm that had zero experience, tools, or parts to even diagnose the issue and after two hours he left. I will give them the opportunity to make it right, if I do not hear from them shortly, I will post the communications and photos.

We had a blast! The RV was great! Kids loved it! Everything worked! Our kids are already asking to do it again! Even our teenagers enjoyed it!

Mostly good but…
The booking process and staff were very helpful and courteous. The departure and arrival went well. I think a quick start guide to the heating and water would have been handy
On the negative, our biggest issue was that the gray water assembly was in the middle of the van and 3 inches above the ground. This meant that when we had to divert off the highway due to roadworks, the assembly hit a bump, causing the hose to fall out, go under the wheel and rip the entire thing off the truck. I was charged $350 for the pleasure! This is a clear and evident design flaw and should not be a renter expense.
Also, the floor of the rv was notable dirty.

The rental went smoothly from pick up to drop off. Been renting from them for 6 plus years now and they always update their fleet. Out of all the rv rental companies El Monte is the best!

Experience from start to finish was great! Staff was friendly and extremely helpful when they found out it was our first time renting a RV. The RV was great as well, had all the essentials needed for a weekend by the beach. Will definitely be renting from them again!

The trailer was great.Just what we needed, plenty of room for 3 . Nice awning for the sunny days . Big refrigerator to keep what you needed . Got it for the spring special so it kept the price down. Overall it was a great experience

The RV was very old
The RV was very old, security belt broken, lot of screw out, lateral door Keys was twisted and broke after 1 day. No one from El Monte able to send me a new one. We had to use passenger door during one month...
It looks that El Monte doesn't mind about quality of what they rent.
Hopfully the RV motor and tires were in good shape for a safe drive.

100% recommend for rv rentals
The ease of pickup and drop off was great. The walkaround was thorough, informative and helpful. The agent was very knowledgable about the rv. My wife and I were able to travel in a way we had been dreaming of with mo worries. As first time rv renters, we will 100% rent an rv from El Monte again.

Family fun
My family and I had a wonderful time the staff was welcoming and answered all my questions . I only have two recommendations ,the first being I did not have a septic hose to drain the rv it was not in the rv and two I had ordered a rv with a roll out canopy and when I went for pick up it had been broken, so I wasnt able to enjoy that with my family . Other than that it was a great trip and the customer service was great and also gave me some perks due to the two items that were missing

When I had a flat& called the help# it took hours to get to someone, then they wanted me to call a different #. Almost didn't get to my paid for excursion. Lady was very nice.
