Ordered from unknown company, arrived today, absolutely stunning, my wife wanted alternative to white gold so chose titanium, the quality is fantastic, even the boxes are lovely. Definitely recommend.

Good service. Item arrived before scheduled date. Unfortunately, the product was a wedding ring and it was too small, so I had to return it and the return process was Hassel free and a full refund promptly received.

Ring arrived very quickly and very well protected. It was unfortunately too small for my fiancé. I sent it back and after a couple of emails they sent me another one out - at no additional cost.
This ring fits perfectly and is very good quality.
Customer service was spot on, would definitely recommend!

We were delighted with the two wedding bands which we recently purchased from Elma.
It's so refreshing in this day and age to find a good quality product at an affordable price, delivered well within the promised delivery time.

Lovely jewellery, and prices good too. The communication around shipping could have been better, as could the option to use fast shipping, which we didn’t seem to be able to use on ordering. But for the products themselves, no complaints at all.

Ordered an engraved ring to take on holiday to propose to my partner. It took 2 weeks to arrive and it’s not even engraved. Actually heartbroken because I was so excited and now I don’t know what to do. I don’t have time to wait until they receive it back THEN start making the one I actually ordered!

I bought two ring from you and unfortunately even though we had our fingers measured they were very tight. I emailed your company and without an hesitation you said send they back and we will send you next size up. No problems.
