My Elle Sera journey has honestly gone from strength to strength. I absolutely love the products, the customer service, and the motivation and positivity that comes with being part of Elle Sera.
But most of all, I love feeling a little bit more like myself every month since taking my Golden Pills. 💛 And my sleep has been an absolute dream since adding the Magnesium!

Miracle Pill.
I’ve taken the golden pill for a few years now and have recently come off them. Omg, I cannot shout it loud enough , the difference in my mood, sleep, sweats is unbelievable. I’m a different person off them and not for the better.
My whole family have seen the change in me and have begged me to go back on them which I’m doing tomorrow. They have completely changed my life and I will never come off them again.
They are an amazing product .

I fell for the marketing hype big time…
I fell for the marketing hype big time (I’m very easily influenced!) and ordered the magnesium. However, when it arrived, I was immediately disappointed by the packaging. The website shows it in a very snazzy gold bottle, but what actually arrived was a green plastic pouch.
Yes, if you dig into the small print, they do explain that the gold pot is available to purchase separately — but honestly, who reads all the small print when you’re busy being influenced by the latest Instagram influencer?! In hindsight, I definitely should have.
I normally take magnesium from Nutrition Geeks, which works well for me and is A LOT cheaper. Unfortunately, after just a few days of taking ES magnesium tablets, I experienced a very upset stomach — not exactly ideal when you’re trying to get through a day at work!
I then contacted ES to cancel my subscription, only to be told that I had to purchase a second month before I was allowed to cancel. Again, apparently this is mentioned in the small print.
For me, this is a complete deal-breaker. I don’t expect to be tied into a subscription that I didn’t realise I was committing to. It’s my money, and I should be able to decide what I spend it on and when!
Needless to say, I won’t be recommending ES and I’ll certainly be warning anyone who’ll listen before they make the same mistake.
Lesson learned the hard way!

Having looked back through your interaction with us this morning, I have to admit this was quite a hard review to read.
You contacted us at 9:56am and received a response within the hour. Your message did not mention that the magnesium had upset your stomach or that you were in any way disappointed with the product/felt there had been any fault with the service you’d received.
Had that have been mentioned the conversation would have been very different. I’d have wanted to understand what had happened, talk through your experience and see what we could do to help.
Our supplements arrive in a refill pouch as & the gold decanter is deliberately an additional purchase, rather than something we make every customer buy from day one.
We’d much rather somebody begin their journey with the supplement, establish whether it’s right for them and whether it’s something they want to continue taking before spending additional money on a gold decanter. If it becomes a permanent fixture in your routine, fabulous - that’s when the decanter becomes a lovely addition. It isn’t essential to taking the product and we don’t believe you should have to pay for one in order to get started.
We show and explain that on the website. It’s very transparent.
The same applies to the subscription. The terms of the offer are provided when you choose it and before you purchase. They aren’t conditions we suddenly produce when somebody asks to cancel. There is a one time purchase or a subscription, you opted for the latter and your order confirmation also highlights this :)
One of the things we are incredibly proud of with Elle Sera is how much of the conversation about our products online comes from women who actually use them. So hearing that somebody talking about their own experience was convincing enough for you to give us a try is, ironically, rather lovely feedback for us.
As for your prior magnesium being considerably cheaper - We never claim to be the cheapest magnesium on the market. We aren’t trying to be. There are hundreds of supplements available at vastly different formulations and price points and if you’ve found something that works brilliantly for you and suits your budget, I genuinely wouldn’t try to convince you otherwise. But you clearly came to us for a reason … I’m only sorry you’ve not left an elle sera convert
I struggle with the suggestion that you’ll now “warn anyone who’ll listen” about our brand. I find that incredibly unfair.
You contacted with no complaint about the product, no mention of an upset stomach or unhappiness that you didn’t get a decanter and therefore no opportunity given to us to address either of those things before this review was written.
If we get something wrong, I will be the first person to hold my hands up, apologise and try to fix it.
I’m genuinely sorry the product wasn’t right for you, Gemma. I just wish you’d told us that when you contacted us this morning, because we’d have genuinely wanted the opportunity to help and I’m still happy to should you wish to re reach out

I was skeptical at first as there are so many different things currently on the market ,i have been taking elle sera golden pill for over 3months and wow! No more night sweats interrupted sleep been a game changer for me.i recently added the collagen im 2 months in my partner said he has noticed a difference in my skin ( he says i have a glow) i have noticed my nails are growing quicker than normal and they they feel stronger.i will for sure continue with these supplements. I’ve been taking ES for around 2/3 years now and can honestly say the products have changed my life. If you are on the fence just take that leap, you won’t regret it.
This is a company than hand on hearts value their customers, every customer matters and is never seen as just a sale or a number. Whenever I have faced any issues (which have only ever been with delivery partners and never Elle Sera) they are there to rectify in an instant. What other company would reply to an Instagram message within 3 minutes at 10pm on a Tuesday? What other company gifts its subscribers with thoughtful quality items free of charge? I’ve lost count of the gifts I’ve had, lipsticks, vanity bags, journals etc. This month I received a lovely spa style headband, my four year old girl seen the pretty bow and instantly tried to claim it for herself (she’s already had the red bag off me, we’ve agreed to share the headband).
Just an all round brilliant company, customer service, supplements of the highest standard on the market. If you are serious about health/longevity and want to feel listened to, this is the brand for you xx

I was recommended to Ella Sera by my husband as a few women at his work subscribe. Firstly ..every menopausal woman should invest in their products !!! I was not in a good place mentally & physically due to menopause , I felt a failure in life & my marriage was hanging by a thin thread , my anxiety , will to live & work life was crashing. I take the magic pill , magnesium pill & liquid collagen. On my 4th month . I just wanted to drop you a little message to say how much I’ve been loving my Golden subscription and everything that comes with it.It’s been a while!!!
The Golden pills have genuinely become part of my routine. Since starting them, I feel more energised, empowered and, most importantly, more in tune with my own body. I’ve actually come off my coil, and I honestly don’t think I’ve ever felt so connected to my body and how it feels. It’s been quite a journey for me, and I’ve really enjoyed feeling more aware of myself along the way.
I’ve also recently completed my first 10K in around 12 years, which is something I’m genuinely really proud of! I’m now training towards my first HYROX in December, so I feel like I’m really pushing myself and doing things I never thought I would.
And talking of training, the grip socks you sent me deserve a special mention! My 38-year-old feet have officially decided that running trainers alone are no longer enough 😂. They have genuinely been a game changer and are the only thing I’ve found that have made me feel properly supported and secure in my trainers while training.
I also absolutely love all the lovely little freebies and gifts I’ve received throughout my subscription. Those extra touches really do make such a difference and make you feel appreciated as a customer.
I’ve been so impressed with the quality of everything I’ve received so far, and it’s made me even more excited to continue discovering what Golden has to offer.

The collagen is amazing!
I am taking the collagen, golden pill and magnesium. The biggest difference for me so far is the collagen I’m getting comments bout my hair and skin,I’ve tried other before but this is the only one I’ve seen real results. I’m currently in month 3 so waiting to give the golden pill more time but so far so good.

I don’t know if it has making much of a difference, I initially felt a huge difference within days of taking the gold
Pill plus the magnesium then after about 3 weeks I got really u well with a viral infection, I have continued to take my tablets only missing a day but have been feeling awful, fatigued and brain foggy! I’m hoping it’s a post viral thing and that it will clear soon. I can definitely say I am
Sleeping better and think that’s the magnesium but just have overall tiredness! It do t want to risk stopping though and feeling worse 🤣 I can categorically say though that the customer service shown to me has been absolutely spot on and nothing is too much bother from changing payment dates to following up on offer codes etc. this company is special and I want to stick with you for a wee while

It sounds like that pesky infection has made it really hard to tell how you’re getting on, especially with the fatigue and brain fog lingering afterwards. But the fact that you initially felt a difference and are still sleeping better is really positive, so hopefully you’ll have a clearer picture once you’re fully recovered.
Please do speak to your GP if the tiredness and brain fog continue, though, just to be safe.
