It works!
I’ve noticed my skin looks good, my nails are strong and the little thin baby hairs around my face are getting stronger.
My only real issue with continuing is the price. It seems a lot of fancy packaging for only a little bit of product. The caps are sometimes difficult to snap off and i find myself tipping my head right back to get the product out as the tubes can’t be squeezed.
So in short I’d say great product that works, but maybe spend a bit less on packaging and pas that discount onto the customers.

I can’t imagine life without the golden pill
I honestly can’t imagine life without this product.
In October 2024, after having two children, my husband working away from home, months of broken sleep, and experiencing my first panic attack, my life completely changed. After months of investigations and feeling like I was losing myself, I was finally diagnosed with PMDD.
For a few days every month, my symptoms were so severe that they included suicidal thoughts. I genuinely believed this was just who I had become, and it was affecting every part of my life—my mental health, my family, and my ability to cope.
After my diagnosis, I spent months researching PMDD and looking for ways to help myself. I started yoga, focused on improving my wellbeing, and then I came across this product. I remember telling my husband that I couldn’t justify the cost. He simply asked, “How much would you pay to feel better every month?” He was right—I couldn’t put a price on it.
I’ve been taking it ever since, and the difference has been incredible.
The real proof came when I forgot to take it with me while travelling. The following cycle, my symptoms returned, and I realised just how much this product had been helping me and changed my life.

Night sweats be gone
Started taking the golden pill on a recommendation as I started suffering with terrible night sweats . Within a few weeks night sweats had totally stopped and I started having quality sleep again .

I have noticed a significant change…
I have noticed a significant change since using this product. I am on month 2 and my skin is brighter and smoother. I have used a few other well known brands before and this has been the best one by far. The taste of this collagen is actually good as well, others I’ve tried have been hard to swallow without dilution.

100% recommend
I love these, I went a while without taking my HRT (not on purpose) couldn’t figure out why all my (emotional) systems hadn’t came rushing back, the only thing different in my life was I was taking the Golden Pill. I still take HRT (it’s good for your bones so I chose to ignore the hype of menopause naturally with herbs, I value walking too much) but the golden Pill, 100% has a positive impact! It definitely helps me along side my HRT. I highly recommend it.

I don’t often write reviews but when I do it is because I really rate a product or service and in this case it is 2 products and the service!
I am in the 2nd year of taking the Golden Pill and it’s made a huge difference to how I feel and if I miss a day I can feel the difference, I started the collagen 3 months ago not sure what to expect as I’ve tried collagen products before but this time it is making a difference the biggest thing is my skin I have been struggling with the skin looking aged on my neck I have tried all the expensive creams but the collagen has made a massive difference my skin looks so much smoother including on my neck. I am so happy with these products and the customer service has always been amazing plus Elissa and Kelly are in touch with their customers and understand what they need. I would and do recommend these products and Elle Sera to everyone!

GG and the Golden Pill - what a combo
Hardly ever do reviews but felt like the girls over at ES need a little shout out. The customer service is amazing. and the prodcuts really work. i was a skeptic. it was my husband who mentioned them to me, he had met one of the girls at an event and thought i'd give them a go. I started taking the golden pill and have stuck with it. It was only really in month 3 that i really noticed feeling better. More energy, less hot flushes. Then another benefit.. which i noticed while watching Off Campus ...haha...because everyone kept talking about Garrett Graham. I expected a cheesy romance, but i didn’t expect butterflies. It made me realise I hadn’t lost that part of myself after all, it had just been lost under years of stress, exhaustion and looking after everyone else.
My husband is absolutely delighted. I’ve been more confident than I have in years, and there’s a spark that’s been missing for a long time.
The morning after finishing the series, I woke up, put my trainers on and went for a huge walk. That’s just not me. Nothing had changed overnight, but somehow I felt more optimistic. more excited about life again. i follow the instagram page and the podcast and they share brilliant advice, it's a great community to be a part of.

Joking aside, that feeling of realising you haven’t lost that part of yourself — it’s simply been buried under stress, exhaustion and looking after everybody else will resonate with so many women. Amazing products! I take all three products and have noticed an increase in energy, hormones are more balanced, sleep, skin, hair and nails are unreal. The level of service is the best I have ever experienced. The cash back and occasional free gifts are a very welcomed treat. I can’t recommend the products enough and would deal with these ladies time and time again. Not a fan of lipstick usually but the lipstick is insane so conditioning and a subtle colour that would suit anyone. Thank you for being so amazing ladies. What can I say! I’ve been taking the golden pill for over a year due to not being able to take HRT following hormone related breast cancer and the desire for a more natural alternative. It has helped with so many menopausal symptoms.. sometimes you don’t appreciate how much it helps until you stop! I’ve recently taken a 3 week break and have noticed a difference .. hence I’ve restarted my subscription and can’t wait for it to arrive!! Plus the gifts have been great! I swear by the lipstick! Perfect shade and feeling on the lips! 💋

As a 54-year-old mum of three adult children, I’ve become much more conscious of maintaining my health and wellbeing naturally. I’ve been taking the Elle Sera Golden Pill, Liposomal Tripeptide Collagen, and Liposomal Magnesium Bisglycinate, and they’ve become an important part of my daily routine.
