Lose weight without trying
I have had several deliveries of the slimming patches and although it is not quick they have always arrived. I have found the patches have worked well for me, I have completely lost my craving for chocolate and other sweets or fatty foods, my appetite has reduced and I have lost nearly 3 kilos without trying.

Order did not arrive
Order did not arrive and when I questioned this I was told repeatedly to check with my post office and if they confirmed it had been lost I had to get paperwork from them to confirm this. Auspost said that this is not part of their delivery consignment and I relayed this to Ella Robinson just to get the same message back from them. I was at home of the "supposed" date of delivery.....this is such a scam!

Doesn't do what I was expecting and a lot of the patches were stuck to plastic sleeve they were put in.Just recieved email saying a parcel is on way and haven't ordered any more, tried to get through to them and was directed to you. Want to cancel order but having trouble getting to do it.Just tried emailing thermals address she gave and it's not a real email address doesn't exist.

Awful Experience
I would give zero stars. This business should be closed down. They advertise with slick little videos on Facebook (who I believe should be more selective on who they allow to advertise.) They show the Branded product and link it to American shows like “Sharktank” to give it credibility, however, my product was dropshipped from China and wasn’t even a Branded product. Certainly NOT the product I thought I was buying. It took a long time to arrive and was very poor quality. I could have purchased myself for a few dollars on Aliexpress.
When I complained they kept sending me offers to refund 20%, then 33% and then a final offer of 40% before I told them to leave me alone. I didn’t want them anywhere near my CC details.
Please do NOT buy from this shoddy operation as you will not get what you ordered. They claim it is standard practice to advertise a branded product and then deliver a product “that is the same but different packaging.” AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Just packets of bandaid-type stickers which lifted my skin a couple of times but did absolutely nothing to assist my weight loss.
Take a tip and save your money for a good gym/fitness club membership!

Feel it's a scam. Used all patches, even though they were not as shown on the post. Did not lose any weight and had a slight reaction to the patches. Tried to complain but a foreign language came up and I couldn't translate it to English. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Would at least like a refund,but can't see that happening in a million years.
