Took nearly 3 wks to arrive, struggle to get backing off the patch, different patch to what is advertised. Did the special deal £50, and there is absolutely no change to weight or measurements in the 3 wks. It says you can have money back guarantee but how do we apply for refund.

There's no weight loss whatsoever. I won't be ordering any more

slimcoveTM patches well it's not true in any way shape or form. The patches have no effect whatsoever, other than creating an incredible itchy patch of skin with a red welt in the square shape of the patch. Not even a placebo, I should have known better.

The product is most definitely not what is advertised to say it's a fake product would be an understatement .think twice before making a purchase!!!!!

Used the patches for a week now but no movement in my weight. Perhaps I want too much too soon?

I ordered a product and paid by PayPal. The end product was not what was advertised (Nothing like it) and although I provided photographic evidence, they simply quoted their refund policy. Very shonky- Steer clear

It took more of the product to get the result I needed maybe next time I use it when almost there to get desired effect

The company I dealt with was called Nina Pedersen which is a scam, I don't know who Ella Robinson is, unless Nina is now trading under a different name. As one other lady has already said the supposedly slimming patches that arrived are NOT as advertised. There was nothing to put on the patch which incidentally, has a backing that is difficult to tear off.
I have sent 3 emails asking for a return/refund as their blurb states 100% guaranteed to receive refund if not satisfied. What a joke, not had any replies this is an absolute rip off. I had an email asking for feedback [in English] if you click to make a complaint, that's in a different language, this company is a rip off and needs investigating. I am within the 31 day time for a complaint.

Day 35 and no change in weight. Patches different from advertised (no circle) I was assured they are the same. Disappointed as I know the injection was working but thought I would try these. Back to square one.

Item ordered and product delivered was not the same. Although the company has disclaimer on their website saying "The packaging can be slightly different, but the product is the same" The packaging was totally different and the product delivered was not the product I ordered. All attempts to rectify the problem have failed.
THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE AVOIDED - TOTAL SCAM

I have emailed Customer Services numerous times this product is not as advertised and the refund never materialised its just a scam or the company has no control on what the supplier is providing its just rubbish

Patches arrived not as advertised. They are advertised with a brown insert you put on your belly button theses were just patches that are extremely difficult to separate from backing paper. I’ve been using for over a week now and not seen any of the magnificent weight loss they are allegedly supposed to have on your body. Personally I think they are a waste of money and just another gimmick to encourage you to spend your hard earned money.

This is a scam company operating out of China.
Ordered a product and eventually received a parcel which came from overseas and not shipped via the local carrier as stated on the website.
Inside the parcel was cheap hemorrhoid cream and not the product paid for.
Contacted customer service but have received no response.
On their website they claim to have excellent TrustPilot reviews but clearly this is a false claim.
I have taken steps to retrieve my stolen money.

Patches as described and timely arrival. However they are difficult to find a starting point to separate backing paper from patch. So far, surprise surprise there hasn’t been a significant weight loss after a week

Incorrect product sent, The hoops through which I was supposed to jump in order to receive either a refund or the correct product were ridiculous, my simple solution has been ignored. This necessitates taking the matter to Consumer Affairs.

A month late. Difficult to check order status. Can't order extras even if I wanted to because of the unreliability of delivery. And the product definitely hasn't worked as I have done as asked on the instructions, with a strict food diet. Don't buy this diet patch product. The box didn't even match what I ordered in its picture on nina penderton product.
