My order never arrived...will attempt to reverse payment, but not feeling hopeful. Wont get caught by another scam like this. They keep you interested by sending offers and apologies for late delivery...now they say they are closing and still no delivery. Ordered late Dec 2025.

See all other reviews. This is a scam. Not sure how they stay operating. Cheap ugly polyester garments..nothing like what is advertised. Do NOT buy from this place. Disgusting.

Dresses advertised and ordered were nothing like what I received.
Cheap polyester material and a completely different shift style dresses that were small instead of the advertised soft flowing dress. They were made in China and not from the advertised Sydney company.
They would only refund 50% of my money.

Communication good but if you think you can return an item for a full refund your in for a shock. Got offered 20 per ent refunds and eventually the increased it to 65 percent citing items sent from offshore site. Not good enuf

Bought 2 dresses based on their Facebook advertisement - dresses were nothing like those advertised - cheap 100percent polyester (not breathable fabric as advertised)
Was offered the option of $35 refund on Each $70plus dress but only if I paid return international postage ($20 - $40) back to Asia (even though I bought thru their Sydney outlet)
Picture on Facebook was entirely misleading. A total scam.
Fortunately PayPal reimbursed me fully.

I had to select one star in order to post this review but they are a zero.
Their product is dreadful and nothing at all like advertised. Clothing is 100% polyester, extremely poor quality and straight from China. Everything is on ‘sale’ and therefore they won’t refund - despite their own refund policy stating they will if product doesn’t match what was promoted.

Absolute scam. Garment ordered came from China, the quality and design nothing like it was advertised. Do not buy from this site

They don’t deserve even one star. Over priced for a rubbish garment. They won’t refund because it’s on sale, which it always is, so this is their loophole. Really poor quality and at least 2 sizes too small. Very slow to respond. Stay away!!

As per other comments. Service is awful. They refuse to refund. Clothes are not as per website. Do not buy from this company. Don‘t believe they are Aus based. You won’t get a refund or your money back.

Do not order. These dresses do not resemble the photos. They are made of cheap polyester and are shipped from China. Paid $79 for a dress worth $6 😡

Do not buy from this company. Clothes not as advertised cheap material not as photo.they are not in Sydney. Wrong sizing.

I ordered a top from Ella Jane Sydney. Took over 2 weeks to arrive and clearly not coming from Sydney. The top looks nothing like online it’s heavy and not a true fit. No return instructions provided. A scam company

I would not even rate this company high prices for poor quality items along with an incorrect garments . Have emailed numerous time for return address no contact at all.

I received my order ...well 2 out of 3 items.
Supposed to be large size but actually small.
Poor quality, not what I was expecting.

I purchased a dress online for $94NZD that did not match the advertised image. My request for a refund was declined. The garment did not sit correctly, was poorly made, constructed from low-quality material, resembled a nightdress, and had a strong chemical smell.

Scam. Do not buy from this company

Do not buy from this store, the dress I got was completely different to the one advertised - very low quality - not even the same style. It reminded me of my mothers old Ostie Dresses!
