Please do youself a favour and save yourself the dissapointment, stress, time and frustraion. This company is a complete rip off. What they adveritise is not what you get, they will then try to extort you by offering partial refunds and try and get you to pay cost to send the prodict back to China. I objected through my bank and messaged ACCC and consumer afairs. I eventually got a refund. But it was time and stress I didnt ned. The 'garmet' is in the bin. The do not send what they advertise.

The dress is not made from quality materials, not sized right, not worth what I paid for it, and the returns process is not what is described on the website. They tried to scam me during the return by telling me that there "may be unknown additional fees from deliveries from other countries that we will charge you for" because per their return email, I was supposed to mail it to India...with a website return address in China, a business implying it's Australian, but registered in the US? Don't buy anything from them.

ABSOLUTE SCAM cheap China items that are nothing like the photos, when you ask for a refund they want you to send it to India (at your own cost but if they "Don't receive it" you don't get a refund well what they refund you after a $30 restocking fee. They try convince you to take a part refund instead. Have reported them everywhere I can think of but they use marketing companies to make it look like its different company. The only thing that stays the same is the email used to respond and that belongs to TECHFRY RETAILS PRIVATE LIMITED an IT outsourcing and content moderation company with Indian operations in Mumbai. Website has changed now claiming to be a webshop based out of sydney when I purchased 4 weeks ago they were a sydney boutique. In short RUN and BLOCK the site !!!!

Great dress

This is a complete scam. They say it’s from Sydney and the package came from China. The dresses showed up online like they were made from flannel, but it’s made out of polyester and nothing like the picture. I am usually really good at spotting scam but this one slid by my radar. Do not buy from these people.

I would strongly advise others to avoid purchasing from this company.

I ordered the Cherry Floral High Neck Dress on 19 June and waited until 13 July for it to arrive. After such a long wait, I was incredibly disappointed. The dress was nothing like the photographs on the website. The material was extremely cheap, the quality was poor, and it looked nothing like the premium product being advertised. I’ve honestly had much better quality clothing from Shein at a fraction of the price. Paying $85.46 for this dress was a complete waste of money.

To make matters worse, the dress was simply thrown into a cheap plastic bag with no care taken in the packaging.

When I contacted customer service, they refused to stand behind the quality of their product. Instead of offering a genuine refund, they offered a 10% refund if I kept the item or required me to pay to return it to India, despite the business presenting itself as “Jack and Zoe Sydney.” They also advised that I would be responsible for return postage, customs charges, and a $30 AUD restocking fee, with a refund taking 4–5 weeks after they received the item.

This is an unreasonable and unfair returns process, particularly when the product is not as advertised.

In my opinion, the advertising is misleading, the product quality is extremely poor, and the customer service is designed to discourage customers from obtaining a refund.

I will never purchase from this company again and would encourage others to read the return policy very carefully before ordering.

This is a disgusting company to buy from, don't do it. The misleading nature of the website resulted in me buying two identical dresses. I emailed four times in an attempt to amend the order before it dispatched but received no response every time. The dresses took ages to arrive and when they did, they were a disgusting quality and nothing like the image. This is a fake Chinese website impersonating a Sydney business. They are not Sydney-based at all. If I could give a 0 rating I would!

The store is a fraud, not Sydney based at all the products are cheap and horribly made and not worth the price. Their customer service was appalling. Refused to cancel an order placed within minutes of placing it and have dragged out any for of refund for weeks. Don’t buy from here

The ordering process was simple, my package arrived in good condition, and the color matched the photos on the website. Overall, I had a smooth shopping experience.

Absolutely the worst online shopping experience I have ever had.

The dress I received looked nothing like the photos on the website. The quality was appalling—cheap fabric, poorly made, badly stitched, and it didn't fit according to the sizing provided. It also arrived with no tags, making it look nothing like a genuine retail product.

What made the experience even worse was the complete lack of customer service. For days I repeatedly emailed and called, and every attempt to contact them was ignored. There was no assistance, no response, and no accountability.

With no other option, I paid out of my own pocket to return the dress via Australia Post all the way back to India. Only after I had already returned the item did I finally receive an email from the company.

Based on my experience, this business appears to have no genuine commitment to customer service or fair treatment of customers. I would strongly advise anyone considering purchasing from them to think twice. The product was nothing like advertised, the quality was unacceptable, and the after-sales support was virtually non-existent. Consumers deserve far better than this.

My experience was terrible the quality is very bad, the clothes doesn’t look like the photos and the return policies are very bad you have to pay for shipping and also they want 30$ for each item that you return and the take 3 o 4 weeks to refund your money.
I need to return a dress that is completely different I email and they never answer.
Really terrible quality and nothing looks like the photos.
I never have this problem buying online products.

Loved my coat it was exactly the same as the one advertised I was a bit sceptic thinking it was another fake temu sort of shop but very good quality

When requested a refund they wanted to charge me return postage ( to India ) when they market themselves as being a Sydney boutique but they wanted to charge me a $30 per garment re stocking fee

They would also not refund me for my garments
Be cautious with this online company they are a scam

Order took 3 weeks to get here, I thought I was buying from the store in Jack and Zoe Sydney instead it came out of India. I then received 2 dresses and I needed a different size so I needed to return it at my cost which was $45 overseas return postage.
Now i need to wait another 3 weeks to receive dress. I will never buy from this site again.

Love the jumper. I was disappointed to
find that a Jack & Zoe Sydney sale was actually a jumper coming from China. It took close to 2 weeks to arrive when I was under the impression it was coming from Sydney because they were having a moving sale!!!

Nothing handmade about this product sizing is smaller than expected and the finish is absolute crap.
It is Not an Australian company as products t was shipped from China and took several weeks to appear - paid $100 expecting a quality hand knitted jumper instead got a mass produced acrylic piece of crap

I’m disappointed with the fabric/quality. Yes they were on sale. But they are not thicker winter coats - I’ll still have to wear a puffer jacket. Which defeats the point of me spending money on a nice coat. I went back and there were no material details - that should’ve given me the clue that they were thin cheap polyester - almost cotton jackets.

So difficult to get a refund. They charge $30 restocking fee plus international postage even though they say they don't on their "refund policy". I thought I was buying from an Australian Co, but it is in India. Their "Contact us" does not submit and they don't answer the Australian phone number listed.
