We have been ordering from them since 2022 and have always had a great experience until this spring (2026). They were to be delivered by Mar 16. It is now Apr 4th and still have not arrived. They were great communicating about two new designs we had for two teams. However after the orders failed to ship on time communication has been sparse and feels like they're just trying to kick the can until they can get them to us. The designs and socks have always been great unfortunately we will be looking for a new vendor in the fall.

Terrible experience !!! Do not use them. We paid extra to guarantee delivery by a date. This was for a youth sports team. They showed no sense of urgency or care. They just deliver whenever they get to it and have no issue disappointing kids.

The socks came to us in a crazy state. We ordered them on 8/12 with an eta of 7-25 days. As of 9/8, I had no updates, reached out and were told they were having an issue getting them cleared with customs. No updates, no notification, no communication until i reached out. Magically when i reached out on the 9th, the order was enroute to their AL facility. I advised customer service on the tenth that our first game was 9/15. The socks didn't arrive until 9/18, after our first game.

The outside looked amazing! They were just what we'd ordered and we were so happy. Until we tried to put them on!!!! The stitching that was used to create the design wasn't cut so the strings criss-crossed the opening. You could NOT get a foot inside of it. Thinking there was some kind of mistake because the order was late, i reached out to the company about the state.The socks arrived in. We were told that it wasn't a mistake that it was unavoidable with custom knitted socks. Nowhere on their website does it say anything about this "unavoidable issue". They wouldn't allow me to return the socks for corrected replacements.
The only option that I had was to buy,on top of what we already purchased, was a new order of socks. I could get fifty percent off of that new order. So we had 15 pairs of socks, over 250.00 worth, that were not wearable.

I advise that this detail was left off of any descriptions on their website. I also asked if they had any options or suggestions on how we could make these socks wearable going forward. I asked multiple questions in which I got no answers for. It was simply that we were able to buy more socks.

I did advise that they should, somewhere on their website, make purchasers aware that the socks are shipped out, unclipped, and that without the purchaser making adjustments, such as trimming, they will not be a wearable product. I also asked to speak with someone in management about the issue and was ignored. I DO NOT recommend these socks and am disappointed at the lack of quality and incomplete product sent out. I wish they had an option to put pictures on here, so you could all see the state that they arrived in!

I wish I found these reviews before I purchased the socks. All the reviews are exactly what I experienced. I haven't received the socks and I ordered them 6 weeks ago. I've been in contact with them multiple times. In fact, Jeff called me and told me the UPS shipment had been lost but they reproduced the socks and they were overnighting them. He provided me with a UPS tracking number that appeared to show they were sent out, however, later that evening the UPS page updated to show the delivery date was delayed due to an export delay. I was promised the socks on Thursday for our first little league game on Saturday. I never received them and had to spend an additional $100 on replacement socks although I spent over $250 with this company. They were fast to communicate and provide a draft sample, however, once they receive your money they make excuses and lies. Do not purchase from this company.

I placed an order for custom socks on August 20, 2025 and paid $252.25, including a fee for priority shipping, which the company clearly advertises as 2–3 weeks. That timeframe came and went with no delivery, no tracking number, and no clear update. As of mid-September, nearly a month later, my order had still not shipped.

When I reached out multiple times, the responses I received were vague, dismissive, and never provided a direct shipping timeline. At no point was I proactively informed of delays. Instead, I was left chasing down answers that never came.

Because of their failure to deliver, I had to spend over $100 more on replacement socks from Amazon to ensure my team could start the season in uniform. The company offered me nothing more than a $10 refund on the priority fee, which is insulting given the situation.

This company engages in false advertising (charging for “priority shipping” they don’t honor), extremely poor communication (no updates unless I ask repeatedly), and questionable business practices (taking money without delivering the product).

At this point, I no longer even want the socks — they serve no purpose since I had to buy replacements. What I do want is for others to be aware of this company’s unreliable, unprofessional, and misleading practices before making the same mistake I did.

Buyers beware!

I recently ordered socks from Elite Sport Socks for our team. I hadn’t ordered from them personally before, but I knew some folks who had, so we gave them a shot.

The socks I ordered were supposed to be cardinal red, but what I received doesn’t look cardinal red. I’ve been back and forth with this company for weeks, and they insist that the socks I received are indeed their cardinal red.
I have a pair of their socks that were ordered as maroon. I sent them a picture of both socks side by side, they are the same color.

Elite is telling me that the socks I received were manufactured in their cardinal red. When I sent them the picture of the “cardinal red” socks and the maroon socks this was what they said.

“Please note, the older sock is a light grey sock body so it would have been created with a different elastic to keep the light grey from appearing washed out, while the cardinal red sock was created with a black elastic to avoid white being seen through the sock. Also, each thread shipment can have a small amount of color difference due to the dye used with each batch.”

When I checked the inside of the socks, both were made with black elastic — contradicting their explanation.

Purchase with a company willing to do the right thing for their customers.

After requesting a custom sock the company was very quick to send me art and get me to approve it. After I did I placed my order. I received an email. The email thanked me for my payment. I am on a Youth Football and Cheer board and asked my treasurer if she paid the invoice she said No she hadn't. So she and I both tried to contact Elite to pay our invoice and figure out the mistake. We had no response for TWO weeks finally one morning I received an email saying they made a mistake with my invoice and I need to pay immediately to start production of my socks. That put me 2 weeks behind schedule! Now I have to cancle order and issue a refund to tons of parents and now that money will not be counted toward a good cause raising awareness for a rare disease that effects children!!! I'll never use this company! I canceled because in October our team wears purple and we would have received them oct 22 the end of the month and we would have only been able to wear them for 1 Saturday game. And if anyone has delt w parents for youth sports they get pissed when they don't get their money worth

There is zero communication from these people after they take your money. Don’t even think about “rush” shipping, because they will not make the date, that’s a fact. They do not care, and will promise a refund of the shipping cost. It’s been a week and I haven’t seen it yet. They will not own or even acknowledge that they routinely cannot make a deadline. The only positive is that the socks themselves are of decent quality. Also, the vast majority of their products are from outside the us, so customs will hold them forever, meaning it takes even longer to get them. Be prepared to be disappointed is all I can say.

I wish I had viewed these reviews because everyone is accurate. The worst customer service and size is completely off. I ordered mid calf and they gave me high knee socks. In addition their youth sizes are incorrect. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Horrible customer service. Horrible sizing and horrible material . Socks are so tight they cut off circulation. Sizing way off on everything . Do not use this company . Overpriced for zero results. They have yet to advise me on how to return socks . I sent them back and will file a report with credit card company. Not one returned phone call either

I ordered socks and paid extra to make sure they delivered a week before I actually needed them. The after they were supposed to arrive I reached out and they told me they were still in production. The communication was absolutely horrible as I tried to get an actual ship date. When they finally were ready to ship I asked them to overnight as it was the very last day that I dad before I was going to have to buy alternatives. I didn’t even get a response to that request. Save time and frustration and go somewhere else if you need team socks. This place is a joke.

I ordered socks for Elite Sports Socks for a school fundraiser. The production and shipping were extremely slow- I learned very quickly that the time frames are "estimated", and often had to reach out to customer service for shipping dates. Once the socks finally arrived, I quickly noticed a spelling error on one of the sock styles. After reaching out to customer service, a quality control case was opened which resulted in the error of Elite Sport Socks. I was offered at 50% refund and the ability to keep the socks. 1 month later, I have yet to receive any type of refund from this company, even though I've been told twice that the "check is in the mail". I would advise looking elsewhere for your sock needs as this company is less than capable of properly addressing needs or customers.

Socks were ordered for Little League Opening Day with 5 weeks lead time. When opening day arrived, socks still had not even shipped, and still were going to need to clear customs before being shipped across the US.

When I called customer service, the representative stated that the timelines listed on the website are not guaranteed (which is why ample lead time was built in).

I will be choosing a different company in the future.

I needed socks for a Little League Opening Day Event. The customer service told me the socks would be 3-4 weeks after I paid. I ordered them more than 7 weeks before my event but they told me that they were unable to deliver them in time for my event. Very disappointed in their empty promises. I am currently filing a claim with Fedex because they have been lost in shipping. I will definitely NOT be using this company ever again.

I was given horrible advice on sizing socks for a team of 9 year olds and after receiving the ginormous socks that wouldn't work for any member of our little league team their only resolution was to charge me more money for more socks. I would recommend a company that has a friendlier customer service policy. I specifically work in marketing and cannot believe the short term thinking on a more foundational pillar of your business and that is customer experience, customer satisfaction, etc.
