Gift arrived very late
Gift arrived very late. Terrible customer service.
I paid extra for expedited shipping so the gift would have plenty of time to make it for Xmas. Ordered on 12/14, supposed to arrive 3-5 days. The gift arrived on 1/12.
I could not find a number to call. I emailed re my troubles and was offered a 10 percent discount, $3 dollars. I paid $9.99 for shipping.
I will not be ordering from this company again. Very disappointed and frustrated.

Terrible. Dont waste your money
The socks that arrived came quite late, from China, and the item looked awful. Like surgical socks. The photo has been printed is squashed and cropped, the colour of the socks has come away from the seams. I can promise you that they are going in the bin. Complete waste of money

Great company And customer service!
I was worried about ordering from this company. But the customer service was great and I received my pillow very quickly less than 2 weeks. It’s a great quality and even has a zipper so I can remove the inner pillow for cleaning. I will certainly use this company again without any hesitation!

I have the same experience with other people who wrote on the puzzle order. I did the same thing and the tracking is stuck on awaiting package for more than 12 days. If this is a scam company why is the custom sock shop has the option to order a puzzle?

Once again this is not us. We do not sell puzzles. Only custom socks. We are a US based company. The other company is from overseas is clearly a scam. We have no affiliation or connection with them. They have a similar domain name as us. Please contact your credit card company for a chargeback.

I ordered a puzzle on April 4th and was told delivery would be 10-12 days! Today is May 15th and I have still not received my puzzle. They sent me a tracking method which does not work and when I email them they apologize and say it is in transit. I have given up and will have the charges reversed. Don’t order from this company - scam!

Sorry but we are not the puzzle company. We only make socks. Please read the other reviews that are similar to yours. It appears the other company, custom sock gift is an overseas vendor and most likely a scam. We are an American company and only sell custom socks.

We are not associated with www.customsockgift.com. We are Custom Sock Shop, we make socks only, not puzzles or anything else. We are having multiple customers think we are them and we are not and it appears they do not have a way to communicate with them. I would assume they are a non domestic company.

Terrible shipping
Ordered a puzzle on 4/7/2020 and shipped 4/14/2020. Supposedly it was coming from California but 14 days later I have received nothing. Info says should’ve been received a week ago, then yesterday and now no info. Messaged customer service and they just keep saying wait a couple more days.
Shipping sucks!!! And now no response from them.

Shipping and Customer Service
I placed an order on April 8. I paid for express shipping. I have emailed twice with slow response to my email asking about my order. I received an email on April 14, stating the order shipped ( reminder I paid for EXPRESS SHIPPING) and it is now April 20th and the email stated that it would be 8-12 more days. There is NOTHING express about this company. Very disappointed and I don’t even have the product yet.

Sorry, but I do believe you have the wrong company. We have no records of your name via an order/email and we are currently shutdown due to Covid19 so we wouldn't have shipped out anything ordered in April. Whichever company you are trying to leave a review for, I would cut them some slack as these are precarious times for all of us and most shipping companies such as FedEx and UPS are having delays to their normal delivery times.
