Great customer service
When ringing before making the order to ask some questions I found the staff very helpful. Unfortunately on deliver the vehicle couldn’t access our single lane driveway due to tight entrance but thankfully returned the following morning with a smaller vehicle. Great customer service.

Absolutely outstanding quality and service. I ordered a removable saddle and tack for a medium sized Rocking Horse over the phone. Lovely understanding staff
Ordered the new pe rug on Friday night came on Monday and the rug is beautiful but I'm deverstated as the neck is for a giraffe and I have a cob which isn't really what pe rugs are and I've had to send it back phoned them got a returns no and sent it rug arrived back 2 days later and just waiting for refund into my bank really helpfull lovely staff thank you

Mollys bridle
I would like to thank Angie who helped with the purchase of my little mare Molly’s bridle. It is the first time I have purchased on line and unfortunately the bridle was not a good fit. I did try the bridle on Molly and did try to alter the holes with the buckles. This did mean it did have indents on these holes and after posting the bridle back to Elite, Angie explained it could not be resold as new. Angie did fully explain and it is unfortunate that the bridle did not fit. Please be aware when trying on your new bridle. Like our bodies, our best friends have different sizes too.
