We bought a car from David today. It was an excellent experience. He was efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. He wasn’t pushy at all and was able to answer all questions. We were left to look at our chosen car without him breathing down our necks (always a plus) He went above and beyond to get us the deal we could afford. He made it an easy situation. I recently purchased a car from Elite Autos and dealt with Dave who was very knowledgeable, providing great customer service when I met him at the garage.

I live some distance away, so didn't want to make another trip to collect the car. Dave sorted out all the paperwork there and then in a professional manner, changing everything over to ensure I was driving home legally with the new car. It was found that there was a part missing on the car when I got home and Dave sorted out getting the part to me, posting it to my address with the fixings and helping with the cost of fitting the part by my own garage, so I didn't have to drive back to Gloucester.

I would highly recommend this garage and definitely consider purchasing through them again.

Dave provided great service when I bought my car. I was provided with a lot of useful information about the car and felt Dave provided service above and beyond what I expect a car salesman to provide. I pointed out a couple of issues with the car during test driving it and Dave fixed those for me and a new MOT before buying it. Would recommend anybody!

I am so happy with my experience, service and purchase from elite autos. Dave was absolutely brilliant, no pressure, answered all my questions and gave me details I didn’t know I needed. He went above and beyond not only in taking care of me but also in the car itself. The service he did beforehand, getting the ac up to scratch as well as replacing parts on the car before sale, not to mention the reasonable prices he sales his car for. It’s obvious he takes great pride in work and I really appreciate that. I’ll be changing my driver wing mirror and Dave has offer to switch them over for me. I travelled all the way down from Scotland to buy a Mini clubman S from Elite Autos.
I have to say that the car and the service I received from David made it a very worthwhile trip.David went the extra mile in preparing the Mini and sorting out the odd niggle for its sale to me.At no point was he in a hurry to get a deal.He is a honest chap and I will definitely be back to purchase another car at some point for my daughter.
