I placed an order on 3rd January- it is now the 26th January- no order updates at all. I have emailed - no response and contacted on Instagram- I was asked for my email address which I gave and again no response. It was a large order and I am so disappointed- I just want to cancel and get my money back now!

Glad I read the reviews on here I don’t think I would want to bother wasting my time and money in purchasing from here no matter how glamorous. Modest and attractive the outfits looks. Thank you to those leaving the reviews.

Dresses are so big. Didn’t like them. Return police is crazy

I love élise! The small details on their outfits make it so easy to look put together without having to deliberate on how you look. I like that most items are super loose and flowy and these suit my body type very well. I would say that the style seems to suit smaller bodies and can imagine the trouser sets would look frumpy on others

I genuinely only buy clothes from elise now because its such a chore to find ethical brands using natural fibres and even when you do these still typically don’t do modest wear. I’ve dropped a star because quality seems to be hit or miss, drop 1 and 2 had excellent fabrics and the quality of every piece i got was lovely, whereas this most recent drop there are some with flimsy unlined material (i know this is mentioned in the specs of each piece) whereas in a different piece using the same material it will be lined. I could understand leaving thicker materials unlined but they just end up being see through where you’d need to wear something more than a vest underneath.

Extremely overpriced, and I was never warned about the tariffs at checkout, which feels completely unethical. Getting the package was a nightmare, and the brand showed zero accountability and dismissive customer service. To make matters worse, the pieces I finally received were ugly, I will be donating and not even wearing them (I will not even try to bother returning). The trouser sets honestly look like scrubs, not reflective of whats shown online. Total money down the drain. Never again.

I purchased a gift card for my wife who spent it on the site, made an order, and wanted to return some items back onto the gift card for a future purchase.

However, she has been refused as she purchased from the outlet, and she was told that outlet items are non-refundable. Unbeknown to her at the time of purchase. 

So I browsed your site as if I was a consumer, to see if it's easy and straightforward to know about this policy as a consumer. I encourage you to do the same. It's not easy at all to know about this. It does not state it on the Outlet collections page, nor does it state it on the discounted product pages, nor does it state it 'above the fold' on the returns policy page. 

In fact, if a consumer was diligent enough to check the returns policy page, within the first paragraph, they would be reassured that the returns policy is 14 days. As, in this initial paragraph or two, nothing regarding the outlet / discounted products being an exception is stated. 

I urge you to be fair and reconsider. Ecommerce is also my area of business, and this is not a fair way to deal with a consumer, given the customer journey I've described above.
