Helpful boutique business run by a friendly fellow audiophile
Elise Audio is a small and specialised high end audio online boutique store focusing mainly on portable audio. The range of products is narrow but well curated and this is down to the owner being an audiophile himself and being involved in the community as well the stock selection. Therefore he is particularly well placed to advise customers.
My experience was very positive in purchasing two pieces of "chi-fi" audio equipment in which Elise Audio either offered as a UK exclusive stockist or at a competitive price. Warranty etc is taken care of here in the UK, no hassle with China.
Postage was prompt via RMSD, I was kept abreast of developments and I was able to exchange one of the iems I purchased to different model to better suit my musical tastes. That was very good as I was not able to demo them beforehand.
Two thumbs up from me.

ELISE AUDIO Is an Amazing Store
ELISE AUDIO is an amazing store, with a great owner, who is able to answer any question you have due to his immense experience as an audiophile, (I used the discord for questions). The pricings may seem a little high, but when considering potential VAT, handling, and even possible customs, it becomes understandable, and is much less risky than ordering direct from China, for instance. Also, as it is based in the UK, delivery is exceptionally quick, being able to get an order within a day or two (if you’re from the UK that is), as everything is in stock, rather than made to order. I would 100% recommend buying from here.

Amazing customer service!
Fantastic customer service!! Bought an U12T used, CEMA cable, FiR modules and a xduoo link 2 bal. All came in dully time and in perfect working conditions to Portugal. The Elise discord community is very friendly and helpful.
Shopping again here for sure!

Great customer service and products! The product I ordered was on pre-order when I purchased (Thieaudio Monarch MK2) but they kept in touch throughout with updates. Also ordered a Qudelix 5k which came next day so no complaints!
