The items I received were very poor imitations of the products that were advertised. They do not match the description or photos provided, and I am extremely disappointed with the quality.

The advertising strongly implies that these are high-quality products from a Melbourne boutique. However, the reality is that the items were shipped directly from China, which is inconsistent with the impression created by the advertising. When I investigated further, I was also unable to find any evidence of an actual Melbourne boutique or business premises associated with the company. This is inconsistent with the impression given in the advertising and influenced my decision to make the purchase.

The refund process has also been extremely difficult, if not impossible. I have emailed five times requesting instructions on how to return the items and obtain a refund, but I have not received a single response. This lack of communication has made it impossible for me to return the products or resolve the issue.

As the items are not as advertised and I have made repeated unsuccessful attempts to arrange a return, I would not recommend purchasing from this company.

Do not buy anything from this company as i sent my dress back to them because it did not look nice on me and it has been 2 months and have not received my refund yet ….DODGY Don’t think i will see it either i keep emailing them no reply.

The jacket I order was not a knit or anything like advertised. The quality of material was poor. It took many emails back and forward to eventually get a return address. Each time they offered a discount to keep. When I finally went to return it, the cost was a lot more than the item was worth, even though they say they are in Australia return address is in China.

What a sham site! Wish I had been more sensible and read the reviews before purchasing (I mean reviews from an independent site like Trust Pilot, not their own reviews). The garment went straight to the op shop! NOTHING LIKE what was photographed. Denim was actually a cheap blue and white tie-dyed cotton and even the shape of the garment was different. Buyer Beware - zero stars from me and never again!!

Would love to give 0 stars. The quality disgusting, the dress is disgustingly made. It's a scam. Don't purchase from this site. Absolutely should be shut down

Do not buy from this site! I am disappointed I did not read these reviews before purchasing. The dress I ordered was an inferior copy of the garment pictured, extremely poor quality, the embroidered button hole feature depicted in the image was just a stamped black circle pattern on the garment I received. The fabric was cheap polyester and no shape to the garment at all. After repeated emails demanding the return address, I was finally provided with an obscure address in China that was going to be considerably expensive posting from Australia. Initially I was offered a 10% partial refund to save the hassle of returning, but after complaining repeatedly I eventually accepted a 45% partial refund. Expensive lesson learned as the prices are not cheap compared to other reputable sites.

In my experience, the items I received were not accurately represented by the photos on the website. The quality was much lower than expected, and sizing was inconsistent between items.

After experiencing these issues, I searched online and found numerous similar complaints from other customers. Based on my experience, I submitted a dispute with my bank and was able to obtain a refund based on fraud.

Interestingly, during this process, the website appeared to go offline, but it has since reappeared. I would encourage potential customers to do their research and not trust this company.

Purchased supposedly a denim jacket. Received a flimsy printed shirt. Asked for refund. Had to send photos. Told I received exactly what their website showed. NO WAY. Return was at my expense overseas.

The dress was poor quality and material. It was not like the pictured dress. Returns need to be sent to China at your expense. Not a Melbourne company as advertised .

The dress I received was a very nasty cheap copy of the advertised product. Took 3 weeks to arrive from Asia even though it says its based in Melbourne. My emails were answered with an automated response. I have been offered a 15% refund which I am waiting for. Don't buy from this company, very misleading scam site.

Terrible quality and nothing like pic

I ordered a dress which it too small around the neckline and doesn’t look like what was advertised have sent numerous emails on how to return this item only to fall on deaf ears

A SCAM beware!! I was tricked to make 2 separate purchasing orders after having firstly verified the store’s legitimacy with an AI tool. Afterwards I discovered it is a ghost store misleading me to believe it to be a Melbourne store (which it is not) It is using a hidden and obscure international return policy which says the goods must be returned to a warehouse in China, which is very expensive. This constitutes misleading and deceptive conduct under Australian Consumer Law.
I also realised I was pressured into the purchase as they used a fake countdown timer for their ‘Autumn Sale which is resetting everyday at 12:59. This is deceptive marketing practice heavily penalised by the ACCC in a recent ruling. I have emailed them to cancel the orders and requested a full refund but have received no response to my urgent email despite them claiming to provide 24/7 customer support. This is also deceptive. I discovered that Google says the site is a scam and many customers report the products are inferior. I never knew that scammers could intercept AI advice. Elise-Mimosa’s hidden policy says I have to bear the cost of the return post to China (which is prohibitive) before I get my refund. NOTE: The website has a label displaying a 4+ star Trustpilot review from 10,000 reviews which isn’t showing on Trustpilot’s App.
