Unreachable, zero customer service, Beware!
My order is almost 3 weeks late, despite numerous emails and voice messages I’ve left still I’ve received no reply. I feel like I’ve been scammed by eliquid base.
There is NO customer service as stated on their website and honestly at this point I will have to report them to Trading Standards and also contact my card issuer.
The tracking number they gave 3 weeks ago on my order shows royal mail never received this package.
I will advise based on my own experience that using other websites to shop for eliquid is far safer than using Eliquid Base. A company that cannot provide customer service is a company that should not be trading.

Avoid Eliquid Base. I placed an order on April 7th and paid extra for next-day delivery. Twenty days later, the parcel still hasn't arrived. Their customer service is non-existent; they don't answer calls and ignore WhatsApp messages. When I finally got an email response, I was told to "be patient." This isn't a delay; it’s a total lack of professionalism. Disgraceful service.

Do not give this company your money, they only sent out half of my order. I have tried contacting the mobile number on the website countless times, sometimes it goes straight to answer phone and sometimes it rings but they never pick up. I have sent them numerous emails, but have had no response. Yet they still send emails and texts out with their latest deals, to which you cannot reply too. I paid for 10 vapes in total but only receive one pack of 5. Do not use them, basically kept half of my money. PLESE AVOID!!! IF i could give zero rating I would!

If I could give a minus I would
If I could give a minus I would. Ordered on the 12th February 2026 and never received my order. I asked for a refund, got sent an email in March to say my order was cancelled and a refund on its way. That was a month a go and I have asked them by email and WhatsApp where my refund is and they just stopped responding. Save your money and order from somewhere else!
