Brenda was very helpful and quickly sorted our new flight back to UK as we had to cancel our flight to come back early. Thank you very much Brenda. Also thank to Isabel who assisted in Brenda's absence.

Staff is very helpful and accomodating specially miss brenda,i will book again on my next holiday with miss brenda, sorry i forgot to ask her surname, anyways 5 star rating is definitely...👍

Sophie was responsible for a booking of six people from start to finish. She handled all the arrangements and everything happened as it should with no fuss. I would happily work with Sophie again to book a holiday.

Another smooth transaction!!!
Thank you again 11th Street and ofcourse to Miss BRENDA ARCIAGA for being so patient and nice for helping me all the time during my booking.!! Really recommended and trusty!!
Next year ulit!!!🥰🥰🥰

This was my first time using the agency service after I was introduced by a friend. First I was sceptical because the price of the airline ticket was quite low. I later received reassurance from my agent Hailey. Hailey has been quite exceptional and very helpful throughout this process. She was always available and reassuring. Hailey also managed to get me a cheaper ticket. I have recommended many of my friends to use this agency

I've used 11th Street services last year and it was outstanding! Now I'm using it again to book for my sister's trip. Rochelle has been very helpful and very patient with me as we plan for the trip. She responded very quickly and gave me alternatives that fits the schedule I wanted. Highly recommend! Thank you again Rochelle! ❤️

Brenda was fantastic in helping us with our flights—professional, friendly, and incredibly easy to work with. We’re very happy with the service and would gladly recommend both Brenda and the agency.

Thank you mam Lily for the friendly, soft and successful booking, Godbless po and more power🫰😇🙏🥰✈️

I’ve booked with 11th Street a few times and my experience has always been positive. Rosechell is very helpful and accommodating. She tries to do everything you need and always a call or chat away when you have queries. She is the best!

Thank you so much Ms. Isabel for always accommodating us.. very friendly and approachable siya guys... thank you also 11th street travel UK. More power...

Thank you very much Ms. Brenda for assisting us to find an affordable flight ticket. Very responsive and accommodating agent☺️☺️

Sophie arranged our booking which was not without a couple of hiccups. She was however very proactive in problem solving to the point that even after we had left for our holiday she was changing things for us and sorting things out. In addition to this she appeared to be working even on her days off !!! She really did work hard at creating a good holiday for us which at the end of the day we enjoyed.
The only concern I had was our tickets arrived very last minute. I advised Sophie of this and she agreed that it was something she would consider in the future.
Having got to “know” Sophie over the last few months I would definitely book with her again. She was patient and polite and got the job done !!

We are beyond grateful
We are beyond grateful. Thanks to 11th Street Travel especially to agent Rosechell who patiently assisted us with the booking. She is very helpful, friendly and approachable. It was a last minute booking since our flight was cancelled by the airline unexpectedly. I would highly recommend the agency and Ms. Rosechell.

Sophie was excellent, she arranged absolutely everything for us, anytime I would message she replied promptly, she even messaged us on the day we travelled to wish us a happy holiday. Cannot fault this company - all round a great experience and we would definitely use them again.

Always accommodating and agent Liz is very patient even how many changes and decision-making has been done just to sort the booking . Thank you for the support and I will always come back here. I am Secured that your agency will always guide me in every booking and travel.
