Do not buy from this company. Although not stated anywhere in their ad they are based in China. The boots over a month to arrive, not the 3 days as stated. They aren’t leather and too small to fit me. They expect me to send them back to China at my own expense on promise of a discount I will never use. A total con and reading other buyers reviews, we all have the same problem . I also thought it was a uk company based in Leamington Spa, but of course it doesn’t exist

That’s all I can advise you.
I bought some mens ankle boots. I now realise on looking at them that they had a false description in the product details. These are not leather as advertised. In other words they lie to you from the outset. I was sent the wrong size. You can order a UK size and then get an US size.
What you won’t realise is that this company will not provide a return postage even when they are at fault and so it becomes disproportionately expensive to return. This is also part of the deception. As the product is falsely described you can well imagine that the positive reviews are false too.
There is nothing wise about ordering from this company and if you go ahead with a purchase from them you will have just begun a journey of financial waste and mental disappointment.

Not a UK company. Products from China. Slow delivery 3 weeks, not 3 days as promised. Leather shoes are artificial leather. Purchased a pair of “leather” boots, they arrived wrong size and not real leather. I wanted to return them, but return to China costs 60% of cost of shoes, they tried to offer discount on next pair. They would not pay for return postage to China of wrong sized shoes supplied by them. Also, shoes were in the reduced section of their website, so returns policy at the bottom of all the terms say that they will not refund your money even if they arrive safely in China. Also known as GLOWIX. Beware of this company. I suspect the glowing reviews on their website.

Unreasonable returns process
Ordered a size 9, they sent size 8, they would not replace with a prepaid return label wanted us to send back at our expense, or we could buy another with 60% off, as it was their fault not ours we found this unreasonable and who's to say they would send the next order out correctly. We decided not to take them up on either offer. Avoid if buying footwear
