Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re truly sorry to hear about the delay in receiving your radiator and the inconvenience it caused, especially given the arrangements you had made. We completely understand your frustration.
I want to assure you that we did provide the correct address to DHL, our delivery partner. Unfortunately, we were not informed of the reason for the delay in this instance, as the specifics of transit are often outside our control once the parcel is with the courier.
We regret that we weren’t made aware of the issue sooner. Had we known, we would have done everything within our power to expedite the process and assist you further. Communication is key, and we always encourage our customers to reach out directly with any concerns—this allows us to address them promptly.
Please know that we continuously strive to improve our services and the experience of our customers. Your feedback is invaluable to us, and we will certainly relay this incident to our courier to better our partnership and minimize such issues in the future.
Once again, we apologize for any inconvenience this has caused. We hope to serve you better in the future.
