ordering, pricing, and delivery were all great! Installation, not so great. They left me a mess to clean up!

The store refused to sell me the item that I purchased, a MacBook Air, because apparently it was locked to somebody else’s iCloud account so it shouldn’t have even been online for pick up in the first place. I purchased it, and then had to wait a week and a half to get my money back and fight a battle with them to get it back. Will never shop here again.

Bought a computer online, you took my money out of my account at 8:30am . I live 1 hr away drove down and had to wait till 4:00 pm to get my computer! Once you pull money out of someone’s account the item they bought should be available! Not 8 hrs later! Will never buy online again from y’all!!!!

Well because I was doing it thru Acima you couldn't deliver it to the address that I put in and couldn't change location. And when Acima called to try and help me the girl on the other line was absolutely rude and disrespectful. Order was canceled and I am out of what I need. And I will not be getting it from you all when I look again.

Got a great deal on a new refrigerator for my office. Electronic Express stayed in constant contact with me with delivery updates. Delivery guys were very prompt, personable and professional. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

The only issue was my frig was damaged when it arrived. I can’t say enough about your sales associates. They were great in trying to make it right and gave me a reasonable refund for the damage. I would definitely do business with u again!

It has not shipped yet. Label was created one week ago and the product still hasn’t shipped.

The couch actually has no warranty. Electronic Express sends you to manufacturer and manufacturer says they dont work with the end customer, and Electronics Express then says there is nothing they can do. No warranty on an expensive sofa. Shameful customer service and absolutely malicious false advertising.

The delivery service was great, and a good fridge for the price.

First Class Service. We just moved from Texas to Tennessee and needed to purchase a new washer/dryer. Bell Banther provided excellent service from the first interaction through delivery - she is a PRO! She gave us her cell phone number and worked with the manufacturer to get us our washer/dryer as quickly as possible when they didn't have any in stock, communicated status often. She consistently went above and beyond the call of duty. She explained all our options, provided us the right guidance on all things electronic express like extended warranty, and found specialty products for us. The delivery experience was also first class in how they communicated, delivered, and setup the unit. We would highly recommend working with Bell for appliances and Electronic Express!

The staff at the Cookeville store were exceptionally helpful and accommodating after purchasing a TV through the website and having it picked up at the store.
