Very competitive pricing. I attempted to get home depot to price match and the price was so good that HD refused to price match. Saved over $500.

Great communication. They came in the thunderstorm. They were a bit behind the scheduled time. But I’m glad they still came despite the weather conditions. They took everything out the box and brought it to the designated place. We didn’t pay for the installation but they told me information about what we need to do and where to get supplies. So far we’ve done 2 washes. And 2 dries . Everything looks good. Coming from a tiny washer to this house size washer definitely is an adjustment in a great way. Overall very happy with my purchase and would recommend the company!

The Huntsville, Al Manager "James" is extremely courteous and helpful. He was even nicer to me when we had to return a defective dryer than when we purchased it. I've referred friends to him that are also shopping for appliances. I feel good about spending my money with this company because of James.

Item was broken when it arrived at the house

I always go to Electronic Express first with any appliance needs. The in-store staff is extremely available and helpful, both on-site and on the phone—no wading through phone trees. In this case, I ordered the item on line, needed to ask a subsequent question and found the item delivered on my porch a day early. Service is excellent, and most importantly, they are easily available by phone.

I purchased my dryer and added parts/installation, and removal of old item, on the Electronic Express website. It was easy to navigate through to the final purchase. Delivery was 3 days later , while other places had me waiting over a week. Who can wait that long to do laundry. Not me.

The website described the dryer in detail, which was greatly appreciated.

I call customer service to correct my mistake of a 4 prong plug to a 3 prong plug. Customer support reassured me the delivery crew would have both plugs on hand.

The delivery crew were great at backing the truck into my driveway. One crewmember got things ready for delivery. The other crewmember came to my door and introduced himself. This guy was so friendly I felt he liked his job and my worries about the delivery were gone. He looked at where the dryer was going and what was to be taken out.
Electronic Express delivery crewmen were polite, responsible, and efficient. Before I knew it they were gone and the day of laundry began.

We ordered a microwave that came damaged. The manager immediately took charge and had a new one delivered from the warehouse in a matter of a day.

We went to the store to buy a new TV, same size as our previous Samsung but with more updated streaming abilities. Luke, who helped us, did not try to up-sell us with features we really did not need and accurately led us to very appropriate TV's for our watching style and habits. We ended up with an LG and Luke offered to come to our home to assist with set up (for which we paid him) and he was SO helpful. We got set up in less than an hour. Later, I went back as I really did not understand the very different remote and he also assisted with this. A week or so later we decided that we missed having the TV being able to swivel and went back to the store yet again and bought a very sturdy swivel stand which was a bear to assemble and attach to the TV but works well. All interactions with Electronics Express were very positive and helpful and I would definitely shop there again!

Called customer service to ask a few questions about a dishwasher I was interested in buying. Knowledgeable representative. Helped me purchase and set up installation and delivery. Their delivery and haul away was less than a local plumbers cost. Very pleased with installation too.

Capable and competent salesman. Product was operational on display. It was available new in box for immediate pickup at their store.

Delivery was great. The refrigerator works fine. Temperature gauge is a little off, otherwise it would be 5 stars.
