I originally purchased a washer/dryer set from Home Depot. They never showed on the delivery day. I canceled the order with Home Depot and went to Electronic Express. They were very helpful and had an early delivery date available. The guys who delivered were professional and arrived on time. Will do future business here.

I purchased online got delivery on their time , and did not brought my stuff in the box and with no papers of warranty and they are not helping .

Brandon was awesome. Very knowledgeable about high end sound!! He was able to point me in the right direction after listening to my needs in sound.

I was greeted as soon as I entered. I told the young man I was just looking and he left me alone which I appreciated. Angela helped me with refrigerators. She measured several of them multiple times. She could pull them out into the floor like a body builder. She was friendly and very knowledgeable about the fridges. She explained the financing program excellently. I will give Electronic Express all my appliance business from now on.

I feel like when tell the sales person that you are not interested in all the extras they try to push on you, that they should stop after the first time you tell them NO instead of keep asking you to buy this or that.

In store service was great. Delivery and setup not so much. Tips expected for basic setups. And I paid over $400 to mount a tv. Seems to be two separate entities between the store and your actual installation and delivery services.
