It was very easy to place my order online. The sales dept promptly followed up with me about my purchase because it had an expected delivery of 4 to 8 weeks. I knew and had deliberately ordered it then because of it. Then the product became available and they were going to deliver today. I contacted them and they were very helpful in rescheduling it for me later when I would be ready for it.
I was happy with the sale price. The discounted amount covered the sales tax. It won't be delivered until late November so I can't comment on delivery yet.

During a long process with a Hisense soundbar purchased
At worst buy. After 5 weeks dealing with Hisense I visited electronic express Murfreesboro TN.
The sound bar was not repairable so the check is in the mail for a full refund. Anyway your store in Murfreesboro was very educational. I bought online the JVC for 499.00. I bought it on a Saturday and received it on Tuesday. I purchased a 2 year warranty with it for obvious reasons here.
You staff in and out of the store are very knowledgeable and professional. Thanks for hiring people who know their stuff.

I purchased a pokemon gift set with a really great value and was completely scammed. The box had none of what I was supposed to get with a ziploc bag inside and ripped packaging and I have to wait 2 additional weeks for them to complete an investigation before a refund is issued because the company refused to take accountability

Loving my new 75 in tv got it for a great price and the delivery service was excellent they was here within the first 15 minutes of the 3 hour window. Will definitely be ordering something again, very soon

I placed my order, paid with My Synchrony Home card, payment was accepted and my card was charged. Days later I am waiting for confirmation of shipping, went to your website to find out the order was cancelled. Had a "chat", yes they take the card but not shipping to out of area. No news of cancellation, took money from my card.

I ordered the Roku 40 inch TV on their website and it was delivered within three working days (faster than expected).

Ordering was simple on the site, easy product search by specific part #s. Fast affordable shipping, and best price I could find.

Customer service is terrible and needs major improvements. Ordered a TV stand and it got damaged in freight so I never received it, so I called to get another one shipped and customer service said they would credit it back to my card that is it. Which left me scrabbling to find and order another TV mount so I could have everything ready for the installation.

Probably the fastest shipping I have ever seen besides Amazon prime.
