Got oil ordered for me 2 weeks ago and still no sign of the order,im still hoping it arrives. I will update if i get the order! Is this a real company that actually send a product or do they just take your money and you dont receive your items,i hope im wrong and receive something as ive paid for if so i will update amd appolagise,my worry is that they say dispatch the same day in itreland in 2 days and now im being ignored.i was looking forward to doing good business with yhem hence i placed a small order to see if they would follow through with my order.if they did send my order i had some great buisness lined up in the future with them. Sure all i can do is wait and see and hope the delivery is just slow because of the time of year. Ill keep uou posted

You are better off shopping elsewhere
Apparently, the company is still operating in the 80s, using stamped envelopes for deliveries, and there is no way to track orders as a result. Takes ages, waited exactly 10 days for my parcel to arrive. And when I got it, one of the products was not what I had ordered, luckily it got resolved on the next day, kudos for good customer service. However, I had to wait another 8 days before receiving the correct one.
You are better off shopping elsewhere, even thought they have a wide selection, you might end up getting your parcel next year.

We use the services of Irish Post and out of approximately 300 items sent a day, one item sometimes gets lost. We try to respond quickly. Thanks to the fact that we stick an "archaic" postage stamp on order, we ship it free of charge from EUR 19.99.
Scammers
Ordered a €40 vape from their website and paid for it. Received a €12 vape in the post. Emailed them multiple times on their website and they ignored me. Absolute scammers. Don't throw your money away.

I ordered two bottles of eliquid online. Waited two weeks, no sign of them. Filled in their contact form, got no reply. Save you money and buy somewhere else.

I am very sorry to hear you didn't receive your packet. Order was dispatched with regular Anpost mail two weeks ago. . As this was Easter Holidays times there could have been some delays from AnPost side. In our order email confirmation we give contact email address for all queries. We haven't heard back from you about any problems. Please note we are on the market 11 years and while it may happen that some packets get lost in transit we do our best to deal with it. Please email us back and reconfirm your address and we will re-send your order.
