Jackson was great.

Have used this site without an issue for some time, never had an issue until today. I was trying to place an order, but was being over priced. I gave then a call Jackson answered promptly, I explained the problem, he tried to replicate the issue his end but couldn't do it. He asked me to email him screen shots of the order. I did this, we he replicated the order, the discount applied for him. So he gave me a couple of suggestions, tried the first one and it worked.
Order placed, Jackson was fantastic, great customer service.

I need to clarify the facts based on my experience and the messages I received from Kate herself.

For the first order, Kate clearly stated:

“Apologies Eithne, parcel dispatched on Monday with AnPost, but tracking number was not showing up in the system. Parcel was misplaced and only found today. I was told it will show up in the system after 5:30. Hopefully will be delivered tomorrow.”

For the second order, she stated:

“Apologies, but we were not able to locate that parcel. Tomorrow we will resend with registered AnPost.”

These messages confirm that both orders were misplaced, tracking was not available initially, and I had to personally contact Kate to get updates.

While I understand postal delays can happen, the real issue was the lack of proactive communication and the need for me to chase updates myself. The repeated claims about “orders under €19.99” or “registered only above €50” do not reflect the actual situation with my orders, which were both over €40.

I have simply described the experience I had as a customer and hope this feedback helps improve communication for future customers.

However, I must clarify an important point. Both of my orders were over €40, so the explanation regarding “lower value orders being sent without tracking” does not apply in my case.
Based on your own explanation, a tracking number should have been provided, which means I should not have needed to contact Kate myself via WhatsApp simply to find out what was happening with my orders.
My concern remains the same: there was no proactive communication, and I only received information after I personally contacted your team. I was not initially informed that there was any delivery issue or that tracking was unavailable.
The issue for me was not simply a postal delay, but the lack of communication and the need to repeatedly chase updates regarding both orders.
I have simply described the experience I had as a customer and hope this feedback helps improve communication for future customers

For both of my separate orders, I received no updates until I personally contacted Kate. The tracking information and explanations were not provided automatically, nor was I informed when the first order was lost or when the second needed to be resent.
While I understand that some delays are outside your control, the overall experience — including slow, reactive customer service and inconsistent communication — is why I cannot recommend ordering from Eliquids.
I hope this feedback helps improve your process for future customers.

I placed two separate vape orders with this company and both have been a nightmare. They advertise a Kilkenny phone number (056), so I expected fast, local service, but promised same-day dispatch didn’t happen. Parcels were “lost,” tracking was inconsistent, and customer service was slow and unhelpful. Nearly a week later, one parcel still hasn’t arrived. Their stock and delivery management is chaotic. I would strongly advise against ordering from them — save yourself the stress and buy elsewhere

I completely understand that the experience may have been disappointing and I am sorry that the delivery did not go as smoothly as we would all prefer. Unfortunately, delays with postal operators can sometimes happen and they are not always within the seller’s direct control.

At the same time, I hope you can also see that once the issue was brought to our attention, our team tried to help as much as possible. Kate in particular always does her best to assist customers and resolve problems when they arise. From the tone of the conversation it almost sounds as if I should dismiss her for trying to help, which of course would not be fair.

In the end, both orders were delivered and you received everything that you had ordered. For that reason, I do feel that a 1-star review may be a little harsh in this situation.

Of course, your opinion is entirely your right and we respect it. However, if you feel that our team made a genuine effort to help and resolve the matter, I would truly appreciate if you might consider adjusting the rating to something a little more balanced.

As you are well aware, the first order was sent using standard postal delivery, which does not include a tracking number. Therefore, there was no tracking reference that we could provide.

It is therefore difficult to understand why it is still being suggested that we failed to provide tracking. With this type of delivery, a tracking number simply does not exist.

This shipping method is commonly used for lower-value orders, as it allows us to keep delivery costs reasonable for customers. Registered (tracked) delivery is typically used for orders above approximately €50. Your order was around €40, which is why it was sent using standard postal service.

We would also like to emphasise that as soon as you informed us about the delivery issue, we immediately activated our support process. Kate remained in contact with you and monitored the situation throughout.

To avoid any further inconvenience, the second parcel was sent by registered mail with tracking.

We are sorry that this situation caused frustration. Please be assured that, as in this case, we are always available to assist our customers whenever any issue arises.

I ordered over a week now still no…

I ordered over a week now still no sign. No tracking and when I got in contact with them they said we have just dispatched it after 5 days. They say its been delivered by an post which don't deliver liquids well says on the site. Il give it till monday and ask for refund after that. Won't order from them again thats for sure.

Edited to add * recieved an email today after parcel was delivered, i fully understand being busy etc, new tax laws etc PUT IT ON YOUR WEBSITE!!! IF YOU ARE SUFFERING FROM DELAYS AND TAKE SAME DAY DISPATCH OFF!!!*
Tbh if I'd read the reviews before ordering it wouldn't have bothered, so my fault on that part.
They say order ships same day, it does NOT, my order was placed on 29th October and was not shipped until 6th November and received on the 7th November.
They do not answer emails or the phone. I've sent numerous emails and rang and left messages but nothing in return.
Received my order this morning and it's wrong, but I really can't be arsed trying to get hold of them as I would be just wasting my time...if you want any sort of customer service or need items quick....go elsewhere!

Just to clarify

Eliquids responded to my earlier negative and honest review with a couple of points that require clarification:

1. They claimed that there was a notifiation in bold on their website stating that the product I was seeking was discontinued.

This is falsehood. Perhaps they added this notification afterwards but at the time I was ordering no such notifcation was in place.

2. "Once the products were returned, you received a full refund."

The products were never returned as my emails were blocked. There was obviously no refund. Another falsehood on their part.

6 day delivery

6 day delivery, after I ordered my new vape, as mine has broken, I am stuck, like seriously stuck. Placed my order 15h15 as the website says, same day dispatch. Was not dispatched until Monday, hoping it would arrive on Tuesday (Today) did not arrive. So this is day six without a vape and I am just miserable...! Besides the late dispatch, Green was not in stock, website did not indicate that. Besides the no stock in green, there was a delay with AnPost too. What a unfortunate bad experience...

Honestly, I totally get your frustration – being stuck without a vape for days when your old one breaks is absolutely miserable.

That said, just to clarify the timeline a bit: your order was placed on Friday, 16th May at 15:15, which was unfortunately 15 minutes past our same-day dispatch cut-off time (15:00) clearly stated on our website. That means it was scheduled for dispatch the next working day – Monday.

Shortly after placing the order, a team member called to inform you that the Green colour you selected was mistakenly shown as in stock due to a website error. You were offered a refund or an alternative colour – and you agreed to proceed with a replacement colour. The order was shipped on Monday via AnPost registered mail.

We fully understand your hope that it would arrive on Tuesday – in most cases, AnPost delivers next-day across Ireland. However, delays do occur from time to time, especially coming off a weekend, and we’re genuinely sorry this happened.

To be fair:

The order wasn't eligible for Friday dispatch.

It was shipped on the first available business day.

AnPost’s delay is out of our control – but still deeply frustrating for you.

So while it feels like six days, in terms of dispatch and delivery, it’s slightly exaggerated due to the weekend and postal delay – which we agree, isn’t fair on you.

We apologise sincerely for the whole experience – from the stock mix-up to the delivery delay – and truly appreciate your patience.

Shocking Service

Shocking Service. Starting to wonder if it's even a legit website. Placed an order 2 weeks ago, still no sign. Sent emails and still no reply.

So now your saying your customers emails go to junk mail!!

My order arrived 15 days after placing the order. Your website advertised next day dispatch. Still it took 15 days... shocking Service. And my card was debited immediately, so yes I did pay.
Never use this site again.... ever

Just to add to your reply... I send 3 emails followed by a text message... non of which were replied to, i also sent a what's app message which shows delivered... not replied to either.

We always try to offer the best prices, the widest range and good service — but I get it, when something goes wrong, it’s frustrating.

On the bright side, soon (from June 1st) things will actually get simpler — single-use vapes and flavoured e-liquids will no longer be allowed, so it will be easier to focus just on tobacco flavours and essentials. A little less chaos at least — silver lining, right?

Had to then ring them to find out where my order was, my product was then out of stock, so received refund. Sent them an email thanking them for the refund and querying why my orders kept getting “lost” got a smart reply. Definitely avoid.

You can count on Kate to resolve any outstanding questions that you may have.

I placed my order Sunday, expecting delivery on Tuesday, Tuesday came and went, no order, I sent email, and I rang, when I rang on Wednesday, I spoke with Kate, the delay was through no fault of the company, it was returned due to damage. Kate advised I would receive the order the following day, which I didn't. That again was through no fault of the company. I just looked at the time that the call took place, after 3pm. I received my order today, Friday. Kate, is a great asset and offered a great customer support service. She made the enquiry, rang me back straight away. I will place another order over the weekend. In my opinion, if you don't receive reply via email, you have two phone numbers to ring, which are placed on the bottom of the page on the contact us page, if the landline is busy, the mobile number is answered without pause. Kate, I appreciate you for offering such a high degree of support and I thank you again. I would highly recommend eliquids.ie for your vaping needs.
